The kids loved shopping for new shirts, snacks, and seeing what fishing equipment they needed for a trip that didn't involve fishing. We stocked up on car snacks, grabbed pulled pork sandwiches, and a few new shirts for our collection. This was the right choice for us. 31.07.2026

While I understand businesses may ask questions about service animals, the way this was handled was incredibly unprofessional. Krysta loudly questioned me in front of other customers and began reading questions from a paper about what tasks my dog performs. When I tried to explain that I have POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), she was dismissive and laughed, which was humiliating and embarrassing. Not all disabilities are visible. I felt singled out, judged, and treated with a lack of respect simply because I do not "look disabled." My dog was clearly identified as a service animal, and I even offered proof when questioned. What upset me most was not being asked a question, but the rude and public manner in which I was treated. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed because of a disability. Unfortunately, after this experience, I do not plan on returning.

They are located at mile marker at 135 at Georgia side I-75. I would said you cannot find any gas station cheaper than this gas station. We were here when we head to Atlanta and back from Atlanta. The night time station was well lid with light and save. The convenience store bathroom is clean enough. There were many items you can buy for the convenience purchase including blow up pillows.

Ours wasn't as positive as others seem to have had, but it wasn't a disaster either. The fuel part went well. We were on a long one-day drive to get to the Smoky Mountains and decided to mortally wound two birds with the proverbial one stone and get some lunch too. I grabbed a sausage hot dog, which was okay. We shared a turkey and ham sandwich in a foot long sub roll and assumed there would be mayonnaise or oil or something to lubricate it, but as we ate it on the road we learned the error of our assumption. So a little dry, but the ingredients and roll were fresh. Another oddity, I got myself a fountain drink and went to get some ice water for my wife and was told the only water was in the coffeemaker and we'd have to add enough ice to make it cold. Okay. Also, the men's room was out of paper towels and toilet tissue, so that was different. Like I said, not a tragic experience. I would probably stop there again if we needed gas, but I would be older and wiser about how to improve the experience.

Each time I've stopped, the dog park has been relatively clean from dog poop, which is nice. It's a spacious area, good for throwing the ball and getting a couple of run-arounds in before your trip continues. The park is fenced in with a double-closed gate to be able to unleash your dog safely. There are places for the humans to sit too, and there are usually doggie waste bags available (although, if you're traveling with your dog... you probably have some!). The store is clean, as are the restrooms. And the gas prices are on par - you're not getting gouged which is refreshing, considering the super easy off/on location. Overall, it's a great stop that we'll use again on this route.

Forget dealing with Bucees' crazy crowds and stop here instead.
