The floor is snazzy - not terrazzo, but something sort of like it. Nice wood carpentry. Outside look has some flair, too, with brick and stone facade and stonework around the pumps. They've got a section of NASA and Texas souvenirs up front. And most of the usual convenience-store items at the usual convenience store prices. But the WINE ROOM was a surprise. They've got this one room off to the side with extra fancy carpentry and lighting, with lots of choices of mid-price wines displayed in stained-wood display triangles. And again with the halogen lighting. They sell all-beef roller hot-dogs and prepackaged sandwiches. They've got 4 deuce tables you can sit at and enjoy your roller hot-dogs and mid-price wine. You could actually get away with taking a date here. I'm not going to. But you could. If you dress classy.

It's way outside the belt and should actually be listed as somewhere like Clear Lake or Webster or something. League City perhaps. It's nice down here and this gas station is cheap and accessible and we like it. It's clean and has tons of pumps and it's never really too busy. Sometimes it's the cheapest in the area and for that reason it is a better option than most others.
