I thought that was pretty cool. At first I called a towing company out of Penngrove and they said they only did semi-trucks and referred me to this company. I thought that was nice of them and it showed me that they must be good if other tow companies refer to them. If you live in the area you should for sure use this company.

Renting an RV from them was one of the most horrendous, appalling, and borderline dangerous experiences I've ever had with any company, let alone one that's supposed to provide reliable transportation and basic human sanitation. Where do I even begin?Let's start with the propane meter, which was completely inaccurate. It read full when it was not, which we only discovered the hard way. Then came the sewage tank indicator, which also falsely claimed the tank was empty -- it wasn't. Guess what? That surprise hits different when your black tank is full and you're not prepared. Disgusting doesn't even begin to cover it. The sewage hose itself was a disaster -- it literally wouldn't even fully connect. It looked like someone had DIY'd a fix with duct tape and forgotten about it. This led to spills and a very real health hazard that should never be present on a commercial rental. Moving inside, the fridge was absolutely vile. Sticky, smelly, and clearly never cleaned. I've seen gas station bathrooms cleaner than this. The water system? Overflowed while claiming to be empty. The gray water flooded into parts of the RV -- absolutely revolting. Again, the sensors were giving totally false readings. Oh, and the entire RV was filthy on pickup. Dust, grime, someone else's old food crumbs -- Cruise America clearly does not clean or inspect their vehicles properly before renting them out. It took someone with RV experience to manually re-circuit parts of the system just so we could function. For a nationwide company, their logistics are shamefully amateur. We rented this unit to support a medical setup at a festival, meaning we were depending on a functioning, habitable RV for essential services. What we got was closer to a rolling biohazard. If we hadn't had a friend on-site who knew how to troubleshoot failing RV systems, we would've been stranded in the middle of nowhere with a lemon on wheels and zero support from the company. This isn't just disappointing -- it's negligent and unacceptable. Cruise America claims its RVs are "ready to go," "fully cleaned," and "road-trip worthy." That is a blatant lie.

When he was doing his work, I looked out my window and saw him on a two-step ladder working on the right side of the RV. He was cleaning about halfway up the RV. I saw him get off the ladder and move it to the other side. I did NOT see him clean the higher and top area of the right side of the RV. When he was done, he said the paint was in such poor condition he couldn't make it shine or remove the lines. I looked at the RV and said, it still looks horrible. He said there wasn't anything he could do to remove the lines and make it shine. I believed him at first. When he was still here I looked at the top window on the right side of the RV and it was still dirty. It looked like he tried to clean it was a handle brush. The sides of the window were extremely dirty. He went and washed it again for me. After he left, I started thinking about it and got the wax the man that used to come and wash & wax my RV used. He moved to Hawaii. I used it on a small area, and it took the lines out. It doesn't make it shine a lot but it makes it a whole lot better (see picture). Then when I started looking at the RV closer, it looked to me that he didn't do any waxing on the mid to upper areas of the right side of the RV. That is why it looks so bad. I went to the left side of the RV and it isn't perfect but 100% better than on the right side. I am a 77 year old woman with scoliosis and lots of back pain. I have spent this whole day working on the areas he didn't do on the right side of the RV. I can't finish it today so I will be doing it again tomorrow.

Well Sat comes around and Mix says he messed up one of the seats and will have ready on Sunday. So my husband finally just decided to show up to his house (where he does business out of) after continuously calling and texting without any answer, and when he shows up both of his seats are sitting outside with absolutely NOTHING done to them! He won't answer door or anything! We paid him $500 and still have not heard anything... THIS GUY IS SHADY AS HELL!

I must say that communication via text was good. Every day for almost 3 weeks he said my truck was done or almost finished only to be text-ed a bit later that he needed just 2 more hours . Twice I missed his text on the way to pick up my truck only to discover that when I got there it was not close to being done! Finally I just decided to pick up my truck whether it was done or not, I will say that my truck seat was finished, thought I was lucky to get that, but on close exception there is a hole in the center of the back that looks like he just tried to glue it down, and the sides of my seat are a mess! the carpeting was not finished which is fine because It is a disaster which I tore out as soon as I got home!
