On the other end, the large dealerships will charge you a premium for impersonal service. In comes the local guys like Rich and his Liberty Service Station. The rest is history. He's extremely pleasant to engage with especially for a non-mechanically incline person like myself. He explains the offering, gets you on the schedule at a convenient time, and calls you immediately the day of your service on any bigger issues so you can clearly understand any potential options. He does high quality work and I will never go elsewhere unless the service is covered by a warranty. He solely relies on his returning customers and not the advertisements to get folks through the door. His pricing is extremely reasonable and I trust that when he quotes me, it's only for things that I absolutely need. On one occasion, my husband's car broke down in Malvern, and my husband insisted on getting it towed to Rich. Well, the tow truck company was 3 hours late, but Rich's lead waited for my husband beyond their normal work hour and not once did they make a fuss about the delay! How about that for support! Luckily the pumps were still up and working and they had a small makeshift building for paying with cash and small purchases. I pulled in, up to a pump, and paid at the pump. My only word of caution is this Wawa shares a connecting pass through with Chick-fil-A. It can get quite congested in this area as people are either trying to leave the Wawa or go to the Chick-fil-A.
