I shocking purchases some frito honey bbq twists and why were the twists in the bag burnt? I will just stick to the Wawa closer to me next time and just wait for them to offer the Gobbler at lunch time. That's the issue is this location offers the gobbler all day. Other locations just offer it for lunch and dinner. So we're stuck with this location if you're not close to a Wawa at lunch.

I was traveling to visit my son and, unfortunately, found a bolt in my tire. I could hear the nub…read moreof the bolt as the tire rotated. I brought our car to this place for a repair and specified the front left tire where I visually saw the bolt. It was done in the afternoon and my wife drove the car to run some errands. Later that evening I drove us to get some dinner and I heard that sound again. I inspected the tire and saw the bolt was still there. I was quite upset and called the station but the technicians were gone for the day. I asked them to please leave a message for the owner as I need to understand what happened. The next day, I spoke to the owner (Pete) and we determined that there must have been 2 separate punctures on 2 different tires. He suggested I bring in the car that morning so he could look at it. (Keep in mind, this was a Sunday morning where the shop is normally closed.) After arriving to the station, I pointed out the bolt in the front left tire and Pete handled the repair himself. We waited about 30 minute and it was done. And, given the misunderstanding on the initial tire repair, he did not charge me. I left very happy and feeling confident that my car was safe to drive several hours back home. Thanks Pete!

Let's delve more into my experience. The one thing I like about this BP station run by Family Fare is their price for unleaded us less than $3 per gallon. Also, you can have 10 cents per gallon deducted if you're signed up through Earnify and a member of Amazon Prime. A deal like that is worth taking for saving money. Every time I stopped for service, I've had no problems. Just ring up my debit card, which is on file, and right there it says the price has been lowered. Within minutes, the car is full and you're on your way. Luckily, I don't have to go inside at all since they have receipts ready for printing. All with ease with no problems. Thanks BP for making sure my car is full and ready to hit the road after a stop. I'll definitely continue to stop here for wonderful service :)

I purchased the ticket late the night before and scratched it the following morning at approximately 9:00 AM, revealing a $10 win. I then drove directly to this location, arriving between 9:15 and 9:20 AM, to cash the ticket. The employee at the counter scanned my ticket. I clearly heard the confirmation sound indicating a winning ticket. Despite this, she repeatedly rescanned the ticket and then informed me the system showed it had already been claimed. This is impossible. The ticket had just been revealed, and I came straight to the store. When the manager on duty became involved, she was dismissive and offered no assistance. I was told I would need to drive to the Virginia Lottery office in Hampton to resolve the issue. Requiring a customer to travel to a lottery office over a $10 prize--when the problem appears to stem from the store's lottery system or procedures--is unreasonable. While the dollar amount is small, the issue is not. This situation raises serious concern that similar errors may be affecting other customers. The staff showed no empathy, took no responsibility, and placed the entire burden on me. I will be going to the Hampton Lottery office to prove the ticket is valid, but this should never have been necessary. Warning to others: If you win on a scratch-off at this location, you may experience the same problem. This store does not stand behind the tickets it scans or verifies.

The movement of things going on at the food prep counter has slowed wayyyyyyyy down. During my last several visits, the time it takes to receive an order has slowed to a crawl. Public perception is what will kill business. When there are 5 plus employees behind the counter and only two are making orders, it's easy for a customer to become.....irritated. When the manager walks through, sees the large number of customers gathering, I might think he would jump into the mix and bail the crew out. Ironically , as I sit here and type this, a guy here where I'm at just got a delivery and it wasn't right. I hope someone is able to get things back on track. This is not the "norm".
