If this is the shell in front of Publix I do not recommend this gas station. The older lady was very rude to me. I was not aware I had to tell her about Kroger for my discount so she got perturbed because she had to do it over. Then she put $20 and I said $40 she you said $20 she went back and forth with me about that. I said I don't have to spend my money here...she said good. I walked out. You can't talk to a person like such and expect them to want to spend money in your establishment. read more

Do not go here. We drove 6 hours and my kids had to go to the bathroom. They refused to let us use their bathroom after we got gas. Claimed their bathrooms were "closed". Such lies. read more

Lets be honest, there's people on here who are frequent yelpers and those who have either such a terrible experience or wonderful experience that they can't help but write one, fortunately my experience at this shell was the latter. I was clumsy enough to forget my entire wallet at the counter (long drive) and I pulled off. Months later I've replaced all my cards but I receive a package with a letter addressed to me and long and behold it's my wallet with everything there including my cash! It's truly nice to know honesty is still a thing and upstanding citizens can still be found. Hats off to the older gentleman for his above and beyond customer service and honesty! read more

Sooo I look younger than I am, I'm short, but I'm 24. The guy at the counter pulled the beer back and said that "the girl in the ID isn't you", even though it was MY license. HE HAS SOLD TO ME BEFORE!!! The time he sold to me before he was creepily hitting on me, so how could he forget?? Will never go here again. read more

We stopped here on a return trip from vacation to fill up our tank and spend money in the convenience store. The person running the counter actually put an out-of-order sign on the bathroom because he thought that we had not filled up our tank. He argued with us that we did not fill up our tank. However, he must have been the one not paying attention. We said that we would leave and go somewhere else to purchase our items. When I told him he could look at our fuel gauge and see it was full so we could use the restroom he completely ignored us. I would stay away from a station that treats its customers this way. If anyone from the shell franchise reads this review our visit was at 9 p.m. on this date so you can see which employee was in charge. read more

Stopped at this gas station and the black guy at the counter is so rude I will never stop there again. I asked him a question about a lottery game and his reply was, in a very negative way that he doesn't play lottery. So I asked him was he having a bad day and he called me rude for asking. So I filled out a form to play then went back to the counter and said the machine was down in which was not true because he just informed any lottery has to played on a slip. So I confronted him on it and he told me to get out the store. I have never been treated so rudely in my life for no reason because I'm very well mannered. So next step I will contact the bbb. If you can avoid this place do it. The gas station across the street is currently under construction so this is the only one at this exit. Their gas is more expensive then the others I passed before I got here and the ones at the following exits. The gas handle had electrical tape all over it as if to hold it together - not sure how that's safe. To add more insult the clerk was rude and the bathroom was disgusting. Don't go here. read more

I called this company and told him I needed a tire I didn't have one and asked him how much he would charge to come out and install a tire. He quoted me $150. He asked me to send him the make a model of my vehicle and to drop a pin. When he got to my location, he didn't even have a tire with him. He told me I didn't tell him I needed a tire and if I told him he would've brought it. I was traveling with people and they even heard me tell him exactly what I was needing. He reeked of weed and maybe if he wasn't so high he would have remembered I told him I needed a tire which was the purpose of me giving him the make and model of my vehicle. He told me he would have to go get another tire, and he was going to charge me another hundred dollar fee for having to go get it and bring it back. I told him it was not my fault that he did not bring a tire when I told him exactly what was needed and he continued to argue and then told me he doesn't have to come back. I really needed a tire replace. I told him please come back. He ended up charging me $325 for one tire. When I got home that tire was completely flat! I sent him proof and asked if he could please refund my money he gave me a bad tire. He gave me a bad tire and he refused and went completely silent. I took my tire to discount tires and they told me it was completely dry rotted and installed backwards! Discount tires told me he could've killed me and he doesnt even know how I made it home. Im a single mom of 2 kids and hes a complete scam artist and take no accountability over his products. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent experiences at the QT location on N Henry…read more I have been a loyal QT customer for years and visit this store almost daily, which is why this experience was disappointing. On my first visit, I purchased water and cashews. The shelf prices showed the water at $2.19 and the cashews at $1.29, but I was charged higher prices at checkout. When I brought this to the manager's attention, I was initially told they could only charge what was in the system. After making a phone call, the manager was able to adjust the water price by $0.30. However, I later realized the cashews were still charged incorrectly, so I requested a refund. The following day, I experienced a similar issue with another brand of cashews. The shelf price showed $1.29, but the register reflected a higher amount. Once again, there was a discrepancy between the posted shelf price and the price charged at checkout. My concern is not the few cents involved. My concern is that customers should be able to trust that the price displayed on the shelf matches the price charged at the register. I also felt that both managers appeared frustrated when I brought the issue to their attention. I was told that prices had not been updated because they had not had time to change them. As a customer, I do not believe it is fair for customers to be charged more than the posted shelf price because tags have not been updated. Customers should not have to question whether the advertised price is accurate every time they make a purchase. I also attempted to report these concerns through the proper channels before leaving this review. When I called, I was initially transferred to the wrong person. I left a message, received a return call, but unfortunately missed it. I called back and did not receive a response. Because I was unable to connect with someone to discuss the issue, I wanted to make sure my concerns were documented. I continue to shop at QT because it has always been one of my favorite stores. I appreciate the convenience, cleanliness, and service that QT has traditionally been known for. However, I have noticed a decline in customer service and attention to detail at this location. My intention is not to complain for the sake of complaining, but to bring attention to issues that affect customers and to encourage improvement. As a loyal customer, I would much rather see these concerns addressed than stop supporting a store I have enjoyed for years. Thank you for your time and consideration.

In metro Atlanta, like QuikTrip, I'm generally a fan of RaceTrac for their big gas stations and convenience stores. They're typically bright, clean, well-stocked (both inside and out), and modern. Also, the gas prices are reasonable. This is a highly-trafficked RaceTrac and I'm willing to bet one of the highest-grossing in Georgia due to the busy area where it's situated. I stopped by this RaceTrac to fill up on my way to nearby Wolf Creek Golf Club in South Fulton. This RaceTrac has 22 pumps and an RT6K build (6,000-square-foot design), the current generation of large-style convenience store. I had no issues except the pump wouldn't accept contactless payment via my NFC credit card. Not a big deal. I was still in and out in a matter of minutes. While not the nicest nor in the best condition of the all the RaceTrac stores I've been to due to high customer volume, I would still return.

All items from mainstream buys to local items. You can scroll through the store where you can find SO many items. Nicknaks, coolers, t-shirts, pictures, towels, soaps, the list can go on. There are a handful of pumps for gas and even a grassy area to walk your pets. This place just about anything you need for a quick ( or not so quick) stop along the way of your travels.
