I'd leave a ZERO star review if I could. Seems to be the same issue.. with this same "clerk". We were there January 30th at 2:15PM and some rude female employee (with coke bottle bottom glasses) sat there and watched my wife hold my 2-year old for 20+ minutes waiting for someone to finish "cleaning" the women's restroom. After 20 minutes, my wife inquired about the women's restroom and was RUDELY told that they don't have a women's restroom! I'd avoid this uber-ghetto, pathetic excuse for a gas station if you can! read more

Super rude clerk! Women's bathroom closed for cleaning. She said she didn't know what was wrong in there but I couldn't use it, as we filled up with a whole tank of gas. She told me that I could go to McDonald's to use their restroom and threatened me stating "I just got here and today ain't the day to mess with me". read more

Don't know what the problem is here with the restrooms! They want you to buy their gas and products but everytime you try to use the restroom there are handwritten signs saying they are closed. This isn't a one time thing it's all the time. Today was my last time to get gas here specifically for this reason! I commute every day so always need to use the restroom when I stop. One time the lady said bathroom is closed and then as I was walking out she said you can use it. So I know nothing is wrong with it! this shell has Hunts Pizza and six weeks ago I was in Livingston for a few days. I called to order a pizza and was told the oven wasn't working. I'm back in Livingston for a few days and I called to order a pizza. I was told to hang on a minute and for 15 minutes I heard the clerks discussing everything personal and they never came back to me so I hung up the phone and tried again for 30 minutes to call and only got a busy signal. read more

I try to use only shell gas stations to use my reward points always have a pleasant experience. The gas station was clean as well as the bathrooms. The cashier was helpful and pleasant. I couldn't find any of my favorite snacks which was a total bummer. read more

Never said anything like I'll be with you in a minute and I'll go get somebody to ring you up on the other register , then just walked away from the register. We walked out. Won't be coming back. We stopped at this gas station to fill up and grab some snacks. There were plenty of pumps so we didn't have to wait even though it was crowded. The store was clean and they had a lot to choose from inside. The bathrooms were clean as well. It's my favorite place to stop for gas and bathroom breaks on my way to my hometown. read more

Nice gas station with decent bathrooms, but I hope your debit card has a fully functioning chip in it! My chip has been acting flaky. Normally the machine lets me insert three times and then let's me swipe, but not here. After the third insert, the machine indicates to swipe, but then says swipe is not allowed. The clerk informed me that I could not swipe if I have a chip. I reply, "so I just don't get to buy this?" To which she just nods yes. I proceed to ask if she can just punch the card number in and she just looks at me and nods no...Luckily I did have a credit card. I just hate that I had to charge $2.30. read more

With no food for miles and horrible reviews for all the places around it we were excited that maybe Little Caesar's would be good. Nope, they were extremely rude and told us on a Saturday night at 7 PM they were not taking anymore orders. They had pizzas sitting in the warmers. We put our drinks back from the gas station and left. We will gladly take our money and business somewhere else. When you work in retail or sales the customers come first and you find a way to do what needs to be done with a smile on your face. Won't stop here again. read more

I spent 120$ on fuel and fifty dollars on oil and the guy refused to turn on the air pump for me. I knew he was lying about it being a separate company controlling the air pump because it has the wireless antenna on top which matches the brand of the remote control they use. read more

I was treated so bad by the night shift at this station. We are currently traveling back home to Georgia from Mississippi. We stopped at this station because it looked clean and nice since I had to use the restroom and pick up a few things for my babies (18 months and 5 months). I swiped my card at the pump and it told me to pick up the nozzle and select my grade of fuel. So I walked away inside and let my husband pump gas. As I was trying to pay for the drinks I wanted, my card declined. I was confused as I knew I had sufficient funds on my debit card. I went to the car to get cash and my husband told me that the pump never pumped the gas. I pulled up my debit card app and it said I had zero dollars. Looking further, when I swiped my card, the pump drained my account of every penny. I know that they can hold a certain amount to make sure you have the funds to pay for the gas. But this was just a very odd amount. I have heard of holding up to $75. Well of course I walk inside to speak with an attendant. The same one who rang up my purchases. When I walked through the door with the concerned look on my face it was like he already knew what I was going to say. I asked him why the Shell station charged me this amount but didn't give me and gas. He said "oh this has happened before. You have to wait for a manager to come in in the morning, but your money should be back on there by daybreak." It's 1:00AM! I am stuck with my 2 small children at this shit station in the middle of nowhere with still a 7 hour ride home. I called my mother and she suggested giving them her debit info over the phone so we could get back on the road. They said they could not do that either and they refuse to give us the general managers number. We are stuck until 6:00am. They know they have an issue. I have a bad feeling about when a manager comes in in the morning. Something is not right with this place. read more
