6/1/20 covid update…read more Customers still not allowed inside. Word from a reliable source is that even after renovation is complete soon, they will not reopen. Consequently customers are forced into long lines for the drive through. When I was there today there must have been 20-30 cars in line, and they were blocking the street. Line for the single ATM was at least six people and very slow.

The salad portions are small and overpriced ($7 for maybe - cup of lettuce and a few veggies) but everything else looked decent. I wish they had less Celsius and other varieties of energy drinks (Alani Nu) but I'm sure others will be happy with the selection. There are loads of fun drink options with coffee machines, specialty juices, and even some frozen machine options. We ordered breakfast on the mobile app. A egg and cheese biscuit and veggie burrito. Both were very good, the breakfast burrito especially. It had a really nice fresh tortilla and the veggies were cooked perfectly. The kitchen was mild chaos and I felt bad for them getting the hang of everything but they did do a great job. Looking forward to seeing how the place evolves and am excited to have it open again.

Because my…read moreAAA hadn't kicked in to it's premier status yet, my daughter called using her own membership. They want me to pay a credit card service fee. That's the business fee for using electronic payment methods. Why transfer your fee to the customer to do business?! Needless to say, the same towing provider was dispatched for the second call. Upon arriving they followed the protocol to verify the person. I called my daughter to have her show her ID. Southern Maryland refused to tow the car. No reason provided. It was her car needing the tow, I could have provided the registration in addition to the driver physically seeing my daughter and her ID via Facetime. It's sad when customer service goes out the window because people want to play God. Maybe DOT needs to be contacted

They put my car on their Computer system TWICE! They charged me Twice for that too! Both times they came back with different issues! Can someone explain to me why they, if the system couldn't find the issue the first time, would put it back on the same system again? Could it be that 200+ charge they add to my bill? It's not doing ME any good but it sure does help them pay for that shiny new building! The car sits in the parking lot for days, When I call they put me on hold for 20 minutes then hang up on me, when they say they will call back they NEVER DO! I GAVE THIS DEALERSHIP ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO! If I could I would have rated this service center as sub par. I'll tell you what...........they saw this woman coming.

As well the gas is fairly expensive, about $0.15 more per gallon than the Wawa located 5 miles south on Route 4.
