This is especially important for those with disabilities. I stopped in for a soda, but couldn't carry it to my car. One of the clerks were kind enough to carry it for me. This was greatly appreciated. I also found the gift and unusual necessities surprising, and will definitely help someone in a pinch. As you can see the gas prices aren't bad either. They claim they do but the sticker shows the date of that last cleaning. 2. The main manage is an overweight lazy fool. He thinks he's king of the castle and doesn't do jacks**t. 3. The employees are LAZY AF. I have never seen such sloth like people in my entire life. They seem to think that loudness equates to a job well done. These ALWAYS long checkout lines that reach the backend of the store. It's always long wait. 4. The gas pumps never work. There's always like four at a time that aren't working properly. 5. All the Card machines need to be replaced because they always decline the sales. They've been defective for over a year. 6. No one is putting Sanitizer on the sanitizer dispensers located at the pumps. No one ever does this. 7-Eleven needs to send someone from corporate to CLEAN HOUSE. This is unacceptable.

This Shell station in the Willowbend area of Houston serves its purpose. With 16 has pumps and multiple diesel pumps, waiting is a big issue even at busy times. It's usually dead but well lighted at night. The store is reasonably clean. Their gas pumps are all wheelchair friendly with lower card readers and pumps but they also have signs saying they will provide full service at no extra cost to anyone with a disabled placard by honking twice or using the intercom. As someone in a wheelchair this really pleases me. That all said, they were 10 cents per gallon more expensive than right across the street.

This review is for Carwash service at Bucc-Ee's. This location…read more Gas door lid of my vehicle was broken during the blower stage or last stage of the car wash at Buc-Ee's. I noticed that the blowers were too strong while in the vehicle. After that, my gas door lid flew outside the tunnel. I went to complain, and the attendant politely asked me if I wanted to fill a claim! I filled the claim, and days later, I got an email from Ariana Ramirez, " claim adjuster" for the company. After a few emails exchanged, she decided that even when she accepted that their equipment was at fault or miss adjusted! To Decline my claim. I have been in more than 3 different car wash companies, and none of them have had broken any part of my vehicle. The gas door lid has a lock that locks the lid and is part of the vehicle. The blower system at Buc-Ee's is really strong, and they claim that they have a sign that says they are not responsible if anything happens to your vehicle. Now I have to pay for the damages on my own!!! I just imagine how many claims they deny.
