Buc-ee's certainly embodied that, and then some. For starters, I didn't know there could be that many kinds of jerky. A jerky wall spanning one entire side of the grocery area competed with a stand serving their popular brisket sandwiches. The buck toothed beaver mascot is charming enough, but seeing it printed on everything from onesies to throw pillows to mugs had me wondering how big of a Buc-ee's superfan could one be? Apparently devoted enough to sustain an entire merchandise empire. The food ailes were just as robust. Branded pasta sauces, honey, spices, jams, and even bath and body products lined shelf after shelf. In a zombie apocalypse, you could probably survive stocking up here alone. I was most amused by lotion and soap scented like bucees praline pecans, one of their most popular snacks. The scent sounds cloying to me and I can't imagine intentionally wanting to smell like that, but there's really something for everyone here, no matter how niche the desire.

It definitely well located for Katy and is the kind of place that becomes a regular destination, even though the prices are about average for Katy. I went to the" CAR WASH" for the first time at this shell location ( mansion rd and i10). I couldn't understand how it works (Btw the car behind me also have the same issue). I had to called the gas station for assistance and a respectful male asian/African American ( not sure) so he came out of the store talking to me rude and mean. So he said you did everything wrong and he keeps walking going to the store so I follow him with my car and he didn't said anything. I have to asked him if I should wait in my car at the parking lot. He replayed with a mean voice I'll be inside. I came inside I told him what happened and he said I will give you another ticket and trying to explain but very disrespectful. He started organizing coffee creams, cleaning, put ice in buckets .. glasses over the counter, taking out trash .. ( yes, all of them while I was waiting) I asked him after waiting all this time. At this time I didn't think about that he was just waisting my time and trying to be mean and annoying. I asked him if he was the person who's gonna help me. AGAIN ! He came to explain me what I need to do raising out his voice all around the stores other customers was just looking at me like what happened with this guys. He went back to fix and organize sunglasses behind the counter ( waisting my time again) So I decided to tell him to "give me money back I don't have time for that". He left the counter going out site the store. at this moment the driver ( male) who was behind me came and said That he had an issue with the car wash. So I told him if it was that easy as you screaming to me why the other customer came after me. Long story o short .... Because I spoke to the other customer ( the driver behind) I told him he was rude to me bc I couldn't make it well. And he noticed the next customer (male) who was next to me was getting pissed out bc of the way he was talking to me and waisting my time. He completely change his voice .. at the beginning thought he has a bad day so I was very calm and not letting this affecting my mood. So conclusion he was taking to me like this way bc I was a FEMALE.. that's sad. Still Honestly i will do my best to speed the word out about this service. Rather to go to other gas and car wash even is the closer to my home.

We usually come here late at night because when we're leaving Katy we realize we need gas - almost every time it seems lol - and so this is pretty convenient, right off the highway. It's not our favourite gas station by any means and sometimes is a little bit higher in price than the ones that are a mile or two off the highway - but at the same time it's right here and it's open late and it's convenient and it's clean and efficient and so we have nothing against it at all. But I have something against Barbie, and it's big and she likes it. And if they did fake nails, I'm sure they'd be Shellac.
