Periodically we get in the car and drive to Tennessee to pick up a ticket and scratch offs. The Magic Mile is the lucky location friends and coworkers say they have picked up a few dollars. I have too. This store is just past the state line. It is a right turn in and has a reasonably large parking lot. Inside the people are friendly. They laugh at all the Alabama license plates there. Today every single vehicle, I counted 12, had Alabama tags. Alabama is losing revenue to Tennessee and we are not talking about a few dollars. If you are looking to score lottery tickets, The Magic Mile, will hook you up. Their billboard had me laughing. It says 999M. Everyone here has heard 1.7B.

When I first arrived, I was ignored by multiple staff members including a manager while others who came in after me were helped first. It was honestly disappointing and made me feel uncomfortable, especially noticing the difference in how customers were being treated. Thankfully, Kelly stepped up and showed what real customer service should look like. She was attentive, respectful, and made sure I was taken care of right away. If it weren't for Kelly, this review would have been very different. Management should take note, she's the standard of how customers should be treated.

The staff were friendly and got me checked out quickly, which I appreciated since I was trying to get back on the road.
