I understand there is a certificate and processing fee (which is approx. $10), but when I asked them in a respectful manner about the higher charge, they said they charge $39.95, and no other reason was given. Obviously that makes no sense, so I asked them why the advertising sign says something different. They basically ignored me, and said they would not take down the false advertising sign, and gave me a dumb stare. Bad customer service is one thing, but straight lies are something completely unacceptable. I suggest taking your business to an HONEST business establishment.
