The toasting option and range of toppings was among the best I've seen especially the rare but quite tasty breaded crispy onions which I haven't seen at many places at all. The service was better than many places and the building looked well kept. The bread was a little thin. Aside from slightly thin bread which made holding the sandwich together a bit more challenging, the self serve drinks counter is a bit confusing and the touch pad order seems to be missing some customizable options. I didn't look over the whole store but comparatively the milk looked a bit pricey. Turkey is pretty good quality meat about the same level as some of the top sub places. Overall it was better than anticipated and among the better deli sub places I've been too. The downsides weren't too bad and mostly can be easily corrected with advanced knowledge or a trial trip or two until you get accustomed to it. As for the bread, since they have several bread options serve as great counter options though the thin bread isn't a major issue either as it still held together better than some places who have such bread that are much harder to deal with.

They have a great drip coffee bar with a lot of options. This location is much fancier than what I grew up with in NJ, and can also make espresso drinks. They have 20 options for hot lattes, 20! You can also create your own. A fancy latte is a good price too, at less than $5.00! I added an extra shot of espresso and it was $5.39 for a 12 oz drink. I recently moved to the area and was very happy with my first visit to Soft Touch. However, my…read moresecond visit was not only unsatisfactory but my car was also permanently damaged. Not only was the cleaning incomplete (trunk not cleaned, dash controls not cleaned and floor mats not cleaned) but the top of my dash, under the windshield, was scratched and sliced up multiple times. I don't understand how this could happen - the person must have been holding something sharp in addition to the cloth. I haven't gotten an estimate to fix it yet but I think the entire front part will need to be replaced and it will be pricey. I did call Soft Touch to tell them about my experience since they advertise that they are committed to satisfaction. I did receive an apploligy and was told to let them know if it happens again. However, with the extend of the damage, I don't think I'll be returning.

They also have fresh made pizza and subs either whole or by the slice. You can call ahead and have it made to order. Its very delicious and is in my Top 2 best pizza in Middletown, better than the major pizza chains by a long shot so order one and give one a try you wont be disappointed.
