At 8pm, the restroom was dirty and there is no soap or paper towels. That is bad enough for customers, but what about the employees that are preparing your food? When asked, I was told they are out until the truck comes tomorrow. I would've hoped that management would've run out to a local business and purchased some to hold them over till the truck came. Admittedly, I did wait close to 3 hours for towing, but this was entirely a problem with AAA. Their GPS had me 35 miles away from my actual location. But once everything was straightened out, American arrived and we loaded up my disabled vehicle. I opted for the full tow to my home. The driver, Bobby, was professional, knowledgeable and above all, amiable! If a similar situation would arise and American towing was in the area, they would be my first choice for assistance!
