I have been a customer of a similar service in Brampton, ON for many years, and I was generally satisfied with their work. However, having moved south to the balmy Peninsula, I was looking for a new supplier - and I think I've found one. The price was lower than Brampton, and I think the job was done better - having just moved and having transported people, animals, plants, computers, food, and much more over the course of several weeks, it was a mess. I asked that the shop owner give me a $25-$30 dollar credit for the work I had to do after his work. He said No thinking I asked for a full refund! NO I never asked for a FULL Refund. He worked. His wife worked.But he left after the car wash and left his wife to complete the job! I asked for a simple credit because so much was missed. And, I do not live in Niagara region.The gas to and from costs me more. But I had met him at my favourite Tint shop (Early April) in Niagara Falls handing out flyers for his new business. I was so happy with my Niagara tint shop Person that I have had 3 cars done there! I am not into bad reviews especially of start up companies. I just feel people need to know how we feel after they work on our cars. After this review the owner has offered a settlement. I feel bad because I could not post my sentiments on the shops internet site. We are all consumers and we need to know what each of us thinks and how we are treated. Do not read me wrong..These are nice people. But the job was less than satisfactory for a drive to them of 1 hour! Shop owner states lighting was a problem and they are correcting this week. Monday was a gorgeous bright sunny day. Enough said!

They treat their customers like garbage, no respect at all not even an apology!!!!!! So yesterday I brought my 7 series BMW thru like I always do.... I specifically told them not to open the back door or do the back seat or windows as they were already done, front seats only. Well as I'm standing at the end waiting I watched this idiot kid yank on my door handle hard and then pull out toward him my sliding window screen which comes from inside the door.... I heard something snap.... I said dont do that please, there are buttons to roll them down. Once they finished I noticed my screen was sagging, I went to open my door and my door handle came right off in my hand.... but they also broke my window screen and pulled it out of the frame at the top. So I nicely let them know, then I was asked to wait while they check the cameras.... I know the one brother who owns it he is super nice, but he wasnt there... the other one was... Well he came out and was immediately very rude and hostile, I even said to him why are you acting this way, I'm not upset or being rude to you. He denys his behaviour. Then he says you expect me to fix this?.... I said yes or comp me my car wash today which was 53 dollars! Then he says well your car is old anyway..... lol excuse me? Its still in mint condition with under 200000 on her, doesnt matter if its 10 years old or not I watched him break my window screen, he then plays around with it and says it's just a screw, I look at it and said not it's broken from the frame.... he also had this sassy rude little girl with him. Insinutating I'm lying and it was already broken..... I said to him are you blind.... you can see him pull on it and see me watching him and asking him not to do that..... clearly if someone sees their car get damaged they are going to go look at it right away..... what kind of question is that... then he says well I'm not responsible for this it says on my sign.....SO THAT MEANS ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THEM THEY WILL NOT REPAIR, THEY COULD DAMGE THE WHOLE CAR WITH THOSE BRUSHES AND WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU ! But even more intriguing than what was on the TV is to see young adults running a small car wash and doing a great job. This is a job that I would consider to laborious and tedious but the fact that there are kids doing it by themselves goes to show that hustling is a must when trying to pursue your dream period. And Hustle includes people under the age of 18 they have to hustle just as hard. The facts is in the pudding period. a young woman and a young man are doing this by themselves for a good price. it also takes working with what you have in order to make things grow. it takes patience and perseverance. They will to succeed only if those two p words are utilized to the fullest. It is also essential to stay focus and not let outside forces penetrate what you have going. Unless the universe sends some opportunity that is once and a lifetime the opportunities are endless to make money. You just have to put in the effort. the dream is free and the hustle is sold separately. so in order to succeed you have to have the perseverance to hustle everyday and night. and once persistent is evident than patience is key in order to see the growth. along the process try have joy and fun. without fun than there cannot be harmony. A nice routine of fun, persistent, and patience can help bring you to your best version of yourselves. Warm regards to the grow of your business. In conclusion I went for the interior and exterior wash and there was one minor flaw in that they didn't vacuum out my trunk. Otherwise job well done.
