My arm was also in a sling. To that point, no one had made eye contact with me; everyone chose to ignore what was actually quite conspicuous. I was temporarily alone with a young female employee who immediately approached slightly, made eye contact, and asked the non-verbal question we should all be asking, "Are you OK?" KUDO'S to that employee!! I gave a quick explanation and thanked her profusely for her observation, compassion, and willingness to get involved! Thank you, Miss, and thank you, Coop!
