Before 1/2013 we talked to Beverly hoping to refi, but due to our loan we were unable to do so. Every few months she would call to check in and let us know about changes in the rules that might allow us to refi. Finally, we were able to and she got us a great interest rate! She was great throughout the whole process! She always kept us informed about what was going on or what needed to be done. This was especially important because we are in Sonoma County and she's in San Luis Obispo. Even after our refi was completed she still kept in contact checking in every few months. Our loan was sold to Wells Fargo and we ended up having some problems with WF and she helped us tremendously in dealing with them.
