I stopped in on my way to Oleta River. Wow gas is expensive in Miami, $2.79 for regular. Back home in Broward gas at a Wawa or a Ractrac runs $2.40 a gallon. In any case I was out and had no choice. The best I can say it is convenient as it is located on a corner close to the popular recreation spot of Oleta River. Be aware of possible gas skimmers as it seems some people have had a problem with that at this Shell. read more

Pastelitos, gas, Perrier, cigarettes, a lotto ticket...what more could you ask for? I was basically driving southbound when I realized it would be easier to pour gas then than later when I pulled up to this spot. I wasn't looking for the pastelito but apparently it was looking for me. I poured $15 and grabbed some extra goods before making my way out. The line moved quick and the variety was pretty good so my only complaint is the cost of fuel being higher than I'm used to. I guess it's just the neighborhood. The pumps are well lit and wash to access even during late night hours making it a safe and viable option for those in need of a quick pit stop. Plus, when has a box of Altoids been a bad idea to pick up? Not all gas is meant for all engines so relying on Shell is easy knowing my car won't be upset at me for it. read more

No restrooms? How are they open? Miami Dade County should keep an eye on this, just because the employees don't want to clean restrooms, it does not means that any store, Gas Station or any other facility that is open to the public should say that the restrooms are out of order. When I asked the attendant where did he went to the restroom, he didn't knew what to say, he just mumbled.... It's a shame that they are using the Shell brand.... I just experienced the worst treatment. The manager of this gas station had a elderly person remove by a officer . This person was not bothering anyone he was asking for .25 cents. We just suffer damages from Hurricane Irma and theirs a lot of people that need help from one another . I can't believe that we have some people without a heart . I hope that this Manager or anyone of her family never have to go through the same situation this elderly person is going through. Beside been a cold heart person also have a bad attitude. read more

ZERO STARS 1. Half the pumps never work time and time again. 2. You can never pay at the pump time and time again 3. Credit card terminal inside is always troublesome by either declining most of customer transactions as debit or Visa, while sufficient funds actually exists in card member account. Either card terminal is defective or cashier lacks proper training Absolutely terrible station. Should be closed down until issues are resolved. Every customer there is dumbfounded as to why this continues. Will never go there again. I also contacted Shell Corp to report this inefficiency and I was informed that this is an independently owned and operated station. Well, this looks real bad on the Shell brand to say the least. read more

MANUEL who is working there at this very moment... it is 1:58am...October 31st...is very rude. All I did was say "hi, I just need my receipt because it did not give it to me after I pumped the gas" and he sarcastically responded "okay? What do you want me to do?! What is your number!?" I answered "oh I don't know the number" but was directing him to where my car was located. He interrupted me and screamed "I don't know what that is, I can't guess your number!" I was very patient and tried to get a look out the window as there was a truck covering it and could not tell what number it really was. So after I tell him the number he starts going off on me about how he can't guess the number. After a very long day at work, since I work at the miami airport, it is a very long ride home. I do not want to stand here and listen to you rambling and talking to me with an attitude. All I want is for you to give me my receipt. I just simply responded "listen, I'm tired just give me my receipt" He yelled "Well just like your tired! I'm tired too because I have to work just like u!!" N I said ok good for you. Let me just first say I understand if there are rules/policies if the customer has to know the exact number of where they pumped gas but I believe if I am describing exactly where it is, as an employee you should right away be able to tell what number it is.....maybe there is a rule against that but either way he should not have treated me the way. There are many jobless people out there who will appreciate the opportunity to work there and in turn will treat customers with respect. As someone who has been in the customer service industry for a very long time the first things we need to learn is how to greet a customer once they walk through the door, how to speak to a customer, and try to help the customer the best to our ability. Which he did not do any of the above. I really hope that his attitude changes after this review and begins to appreciate his job more. read more
