He was extremely patient listening to everything. Sent him all my docs and within a day he had everything taken care of. The numbers were exactly what I was expecting. His team is fantastic as well. Spoke with Delvis who needed a little info from me while finishing up my taxes. Everyone there is EXTREMELY knowledgable when it comes to taxes and they put my mind at ease so I did not need to worry about it being filed correctly. They also spent the time answering all my questions after it was filed. His prices aren't the cheapest, but then again, you get what you pay for. I was perfectly fine paying what I had to in order to get my tax situation taken care of. I will deff be going back to them moving forward.

We've been trusting Julia with our taxes for over 15 years now, and honestly, we couldn't imagine…read moregoing anywhere else. There's something special about how she makes what could be a stressful experience feel like catching up with an old friend. Every year when we walk into her office, she greets us by name and asks about our kid before diving into the paperwork. She remembers the little details of our lives that most professionals wouldn't bother with, which makes all the difference. Her expertise is unquestionable - she's saved us from countless mistakes and found deductions we never would have known about. When tax laws change (and they always do!), she breaks everything down and makes sure we understand our tax returns. She was even patient the one year our dog decided to eat our tax returns. We absolutely recommend Julia to anyone looking for a tax professional who treats you like family rather than just another client. Just give her a quick call first so she can help you prepare - it'll make your visit so much smoother!

We hired Badu Tax Services to file tax extensions for two individuals and a company. They assured…read moreus everything would be handled, but months later we discovered the extensions were never filed--exposing us to stress, penalties, and uncertainty. Adding to the frustration, staff turnover was constant: our reps kept quitting, and the preparer we relied on also left. No continuity, no accountability. Despite failing to file extensions, they refused a refund or to make amends. Poor communication, high turnover, and a lack of responsibility made this a deeply disappointing experience. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for reliable tax services. Edit update: If they say the issued a "refund", this is just for other work we paid them for that they never even started. They will not compensate for losses we incur due to not filing out extensions as promised.
