I do understand that things occasionally will fall between the cracks and because of this and his thorough follow up and disposition, I'm changing my rating from 1 to 3 stars On 8/20/21, I took off work and went to their store to get an estimate for racing stripes for my Mustang, as they told me (the day before) no appmt was needed. When I got there, I was attended by Landon S. (who was extremely professional and polite). He advised me that their salesperson, Joshua Swoyer, was out on a job and I could not obtain an estimate at that time. Landon took all my information - we even took the vinyl samples outside to look at them against my car. Decided on what I wanted and Landon recommended that I email Joshua the pictures of what I wanted done so that he can email me an estimate later on. I emailed Joshua before I left the store, I identified myself and advised him that I was following Landon's instructions. I did not receive a response. On Tuesday 8/24/21, I followed up with another email, and again, never heard from him. I cannot understand the reviews that state they have the best customer service because I did not experience that - at all. It's a shame. My son also bought a muscle car (challenger) a few days after mine and our neighbor did as well. All those are lost business now because I cannot recommend Signarama to anyone I know based on this.

While you're meeting with the team, they are constantly on their phones, not listening or caring what your needs actually are. They fumble around with ideas, pulling them out of thin air and borrowing ideas from other campaigns. I spent about 15 hours working with the team before deciding I needed my money back and needed to find a new marketing team. They kept saying no, you are so close to having the perfect campaign, don't leave us now. This place might be okay if you don't really need a major marketing campaign, or you're experienced with working with marketing people but definitely not for first time small business owners.
