I love Sheetz, usually I love Sheetz so much I leave a raving review and then look forward to my next visit, however......I can't say that about my trip to the Meadville Sheetz. I ended up back in Meadville because I was trying to stop at a Get Go for food before realizing that the Meadville one was actually just a small gas station for Giant Eagle, hence me stopping at this Sheetz right down the road. I entered, placed my order, and did the usual pay and stand that you usually do at a place like this. I ordered the chicken po'boy and some boneless Buffalo wings for my ride home (Note to self: stop ordering unhealthy food). After 5 minutes or so the employee apologized because one of the other employees made the wrong amount of wings and they said that it would be just a few minutes to fix, which I had absolutely no issues with. My problem came when I actually got the food and left me wishing I actually went to a Get Go. The chicken po'boy looked like it was made by a child who had no idea how to apply cheese, in fact, the cheese was just put on the top of it. The slaw was applied to sloppily that it was basically just on the outside of the sandwich. The sandwich tasted alright but it took about 8 napkins to be able to hold the thing. When the employee packaged the Buffalo wings she put them in the container, added the sauce, and the shook them so violently that I could see Buffalo sauce going absolutely everything somehow but I assumed she would wipe the container done....I was wrong. When I got in my car and took the container out my Buffalo sauce leaked absolutely everywhere.....like, why would you shake a plastic container that much and not at least wipe the mess you made? The food itself wasn't bad, don't get me wrong. On top of the po'boy tasting good, the wings were pretty good too. Overall, Sheetz itself is a pretty solid place to stop and grab breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even some dessert. My personal experience at the Meadville Sheetz was not a great one (although they did give me a coupon for free food). Maybe next time they will clean up the containers, I can only hope. read more

Food and drinks are always made incorrectly. Manager is always kind and helpful, but 90% of the time I have a issue with my order

With so many of the big, fancy Sheetz locations popping up, I'm always surprised to come across these smaller, older locations. It's small size, and low number of employees that were on duty when I was there meant a longer wait than usual for food. Plus, the cashier was doing double-duty by helping out in the MTO section, which created a short line for customers who were at the cash register. He was very good about addressing the customers in line, though, and was working diligently to get back to those customers. The employees on duty seemed to be doing about as good of a job as they could during the little rush that I saw. Regardless, the employees were really nice, and the food was better-prepared than some of the other Sheetz locations that we've stopped at on our trips to Erie from Pittsburgh. I would definitely stop at this location again, despite it's small size, slightly longer wait, and tiny bathrooms. read more

After ordering food, I was told they have no food to accommodate what I ordered. Strange.. but ok. So I asked for 2 packs of cigarettes and was upcharged because they didn't have change. Ofcourse I complained verbally. non abusivelly, I was then told to leave the establishment after I paid the up charge... what the hell is going on here? read more

This is by far the worst Sheetz ever. Medium sized order taken 20+ minutes. Absolutely a joke.

This sheetz made the worst grilled cheese sandwich that my taste buds could have ever encountered. I wouldn't wish the taste of that grilled cheese on my worst enemy. It was like encountering all your worst fears in a dark alley with nowhere to run. The bread wasn't toasted, the cheese barely melted, and I had to control myself from vomiting right there inside the sheetz. Other than the grilled cheese I had a splendid time, but please, for yourself and the people you care about, do not EVER order a grilled cheese from this sheetz. read more

I will never order any food from there again. I just got home and I ordered a po boy. I wanted shredded cheese and they did not give me any. However they gave me shredded lettuce which I did not want. And I ordered pico on it which they did put that on but there was maybe 2 pieces of the diced tomato no coleslaw which comes on it. I asked to have it toasted and it was but my cheese looked like they just put it on right out of the cooler it wasn't melted at all from being toasted. I've never had a problem at the one in coneaut lake or the one by the round about. And I told the lady a fact about what's going on and the mask and she got really really ignorant with me. I wasn't rude or ignorant I just stated a fact. So if you want MTO then I suggest you don't go to this one. Also and as I'm waiting for my food and an employee that was not on duty proceeded to go and ring up a drink for himself and did not pay for it. Bad choice on this place. read more

I ordered two shakes and a pretzel and it took 25 minutes till I got it even though there were only one other order during the time. I wasn't apologized to. My number was called my food was set on the counter and they walked away before I even got there read more
