Second one the buttons on the key pad were messed up and it wouldn't let me put in the pin. Gave up and went to a gas station that cares more for their product and customers. We probably have generally spent at least several thousand dollars a year here. After a couple of incidents with management we try to avoid this place and get our gas, snacks and drinks other places. We first had an issue with a gas bill. I started the pump and walked away to clean windows, throw away trash, etc. When I came back the pump said I put in 4 times as much gas as my tank would even hold. I went in to get a receipt and calmly ask for help. The two guys there were confident that was my charge and very rude and dismissive and would not help me. Just told me to call the number on the pump. After looking at the receipt closer I saw there was a time stamp and it wasn't my bill after all, and there was actually no gas pumped. I felt I was pretty calm in asking for help, so was surprised at how they responded when they knew who we were, where we lived, and how often we were in. The next incident happened today, when my wife had to run in for sinus stuff and soda. They attacked her as soon as she was in, accusing our 11 year old daughter of being a thief. Often we give her the card to run in and get gator-aides and snacks. Evidently last time she was in, there was an issue with the payment. She went up to pay, put in the card and thought she was good to go. Evidently there was an issue with the transaction, but by the time the staff realized it our daughter was in the car. They still had the transaction receipt when my wife went in today. My daughter is clearly an awful thief to take the items in and try to pay for them. Seems like unintentional mistake on either my daughters part in being to quick with card or their part telling her she was good to go when she wasn't. Either way to attack my wife with these accusations in the way they did seemed unnecessary. If it was that serious, again they know where we live.... Anyway, while super convenient I would recommend if in the area needing gas or quick snack Jordan Dam Mini mart is just down the road.

For the uninitiated, this location is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. That's more than the federal government! This location appears to be a remodel, with their MTO, or made to order options as the crowning jewel. I'm from far north and have been to this location twice in 3 days. So far, this location seems quite consistent with the above observations. We don't get down this way much, but its good to know this location is here should we find ourselves this way again.

Their snack options and beverage choices far exceeded your typical gas station varieties. They have a small gift shop inside along with a rest area where you can even shower! The staff were friendly and it was crowded! I can see why so many people stop by here to rest on their travels.

Super easy to call and speak directly to the pharmacy. I wouldn't recommend using the online scheduling since that is another story and it was difficult to schedule unless you were in one of the priority groups. If you are having any trouble getting scheduled for a vaccine, I would say give them a call and try the "end of day" shots. I was able to get fully vaccinated in March by using them for end of day shots that would have otherwise gone to waste.

Hands down the worst possible customer service in the pharmaceutical industry. I received a text…read moremessage that both of my medications were ready for pick up. I arrived the next day to pick them up. They stated to me that it was not ready because one of them did not arrive from their central fill. Then proceeded to tell me it would be later on in the afternoon. Then the technician was very rude and began to tell me that they had over 300 prescriptions to fill, well, mine was well before those 300. Then the technician shows me the screen at the computer at the counter so she can "prove" that they had 300 prescriptions today. There was HIPPA protected information of other patients on the screen she showed me as well !!!
