I used to go every morning but I had to cut back. They began to know me and my morning breakfast lol. The sausage burritos are always good and the red bull drinks are my favorite. I got my friends going to get them. They give me the energy i need since i don't drink coffee. Their online ordering can mess up some, where i'll have to rering my order in to pay at the store. I stopped by here around 8:05am on a Friday morning because I needed air for tires. I think Sheetz is the only place that has air for free! There was one person ahead of me but the wait was short. I've used this machine a few times in the past. Sometimes it doesn't work like it's supposed to. Inside, the store was clean, overall. There were some carts with boxes, which I assume was for restocking. There is a sitting area to your left. Freez was all out of stock. The baked goods and ice cream cooler was low on stock. They have a beer cave that was stocked. There was no mirror in mens restroom, which is odd. The floor was dirty; it looked like dirty or something. I specifically came to Sheetz for air in my tires and a fill up prior to hitting the road for home. There was a lot of debris in the surrounding area. The air pump ended up not working. I alerted staff who said they were aware and their out of order sign came off or was removed. The staff was nice and apologetic. No issues with a gas fill up, but no receipt generated either prompting me to ask inside. I did not need anything inside for purchase. Ahh, I would skip this one. 2.5 rounding down. read more

I went to buy a vape 30 mins ago and the cashier was extremely rude to me and very racist. I was pointing directly to the Vuse vapes and she looked like she wanted to kill me. All I was trying to do was help her by pointing at the boxes but she was giving me attitude and she said "you're such a typical white person" I paid for my vape. She walked away and i had to grab everything from behind the counter including my change and she had her arms crossed. I even said thank you multiple times and she never ONCE said you're welcome. read more

My fiancé and I came in just to get a couple of milkshakes and some gas. It seemed like there were only two employees preparing food and no one preparing any drink orders. They were prioritizing DoorDash orders that came in after us. We waited 30 minutes before we decided that this wasn't even worth our time anymore so we went and asked for a refund. They gave us cash back instead of putting it back on our cards. Then when we went to pump the gas that we had paid for, the pump timed out because of how much time we spent inside. My fiancé went back in to get the gas added back to the pump (he's been in the same situation before and it was no issue for them to just add it back), and they didn't want to do it. They said it would just be refunded back to his card. He checked his credit card app and they charged him twice for the gas he didn't get. Awful experience and biggest waste of time. read more

I don't love this Sheetz location. In fact i try to avoid it. However, one gentleman that works there, Stacy, ALWAYS make my experience amazing. So a few days ago, me and my man went to get milkshakes. We paid for it. Then we sat at the eating area. While we charge. We were gonna grab some more food before we head out. That's when I saw two cops coming in. I didn't think of it much because I'm like they probably stopped for some snack. Cops can shop too, you know? Next thing they were heading to where I was sitting (bf went before me to get more food, or bathroom before doing so) and said they wanted us to leave. Said there were 2 people loitering. We headed out as they escorted us. Then my bf asked, for what again? They said they don't know but hey want us to leave and there were to people loitering....I think someone was just judging us. We paid for our sh*t, and charging. We was gonna get more. We are not coming back to this specific one again. Smh. read more

You guys have a whole rack for mobile pickup that every single other sheets uses but no, you guys must have all the orders in the back and make me wait 10-15 minutes, in line, when you can just put them where they belong it's easier for you and for me. Kind of surprised with this store's central location that there are no reviews. Anyways: Clean store, quick in and out from the concert venue down the street (if you're parked in the gravel lot there's a back-road that can take you directly to this Sheetz), well stocked shelves. After a late concert let out Sunday night, this store got slammed with customers. I used to go to Sheetz in Statesville quite often when I had an office there, but lately visits to my favorite brand of gas station/fast food combo have been far and few between. Since I already knew about that shortcut behind the concert venue to this store, I was pretty much the first person here. I ordered a milkshake and a water, simple right? I watched an employee make a milkshake and once complete, cleared it in their system that it was made. However instead of giving me the milkshake, she let it sit behind the counter and then disappeared for three minutes. Like I said, I used to go to Sheetz a lot, like 4-5 times a week. Once they clear the order on their screen it should be given to the customer, instead I was left waiting. It turns out that they ran out of ice cream base and the girl was trying to figure out what to do (probably because they saw that tons of people were pouring into the store). Oh well, I got my milkshake, good luck everyone else! Well, at least I thought I got my milkshake. Something wasn't quite right. It tasted very, Salty? By the time I got into my shake I was already 5 miles down the road, and since I was driving back to Charlotte with an arrival time of Midnight already, I wasn't about to turn around. I think my milkshake got shorted some of the ice cream base and they added something else to compensate. Whatever happened, it wasn't great... not horrible, but not what I expected (and I've got this shake many times). I'd give 'em a 2nd change and write this one off as random issues. For starters the men's bathroom toilet is covered in shit. No one even puts the toilet paper in they just leave it on the kids set. This place is super gross and the staff are all liars. I'd rather run out of gas then stop at this sheetz. read more
