honestly worst experience. normally they give a decent amount but at this sheetz they barely provide anything. paid 8.75 for a taco salad and was extremely disappointed with quantity and the quality. they also didn't give me the sauce i asked for either. i could've got twice the serving and quality at chipotle, never again. i went with my friend and they also messed up her order and gave her beans instead of beef and extremely small portion. we're in college and barely have time to eat so when we do we'd appreciate if it was better quality and a decent price if we're going to get the opposite of what is advertised. read more

Great for cheapest fuel in town. New Tesla chargers installed in early 2022. MTO is typically good however you're going to wait quite awhile on it as opposed to other Sheetz. I recommend ordering via the app ahead of time if you can. Definitely don't grab MTO if you're in a hurry because you'll be late. The new SheetzGo! scan as you shop option is amazing. I also recommend doing that as they appear to always be understaffed. That's no shade on the employees working there - it's just the reality of the world we live in now. Store is filthy! Went in to get a fountain drink and it was a disaster! Floor was wet, so dirty, garbage laying on floor in several areas. Was in there for 20 seconds and walked out. Didn't feel comfortable buying anything in there! Foyer area had garbage everywhere too! read more

this place absolute garbage. they have no clue how to make an order. Always late. takes over an hour to get food. I ordered online and they had no clue where my order went. I had to wait 30 minutes after hey said my order was complete. I hope that they get shut down. It is always dirty and does not seem like all of the other sheetz I have been to. The people at the register do not know how to do their job. If no one is in the store it still takes a very long time for their food to be made. Customer service isn't there forte. The woman waiting on me was actually busy refilling cups and looked at the line several times. I finally asked loudly if anyone was working the register. She came over and said I didn't need to be rude. I told her I didn't feel it was up to me to ask her to do her job. She was rude the whole transaction. If I had t already wasted my time waiting on her, I would have simply left. I don't use Sheetz when I travel because I have yet to find one with clean enough bathroom or decent customer service. read more

I will never be shopping at this store again. The workers called the cops saying that my boyfriend and I "stole" a milkshake. We pulled in the driveway and had 3 cops roll up on us. For my order of 1.99 and his of 5.38. 3 cops. Little did they realize that we used the scan and go like they encourage you to do to avoid lines. Do they not check their systems? So the police took pictures of our receipts on our phones and went back to the store to clear us. Treated like criminals over less than 8 dollars combined?!?! Sheetz you need to do better.
