More like Country Unfair…read more This was the single worst gas station experience I've ever had. I put my credit card in, selected my gas (the cheapest kind as always, you know me and being cheap), then I filled the tank. Then I hopped in the car, and headed for the hills. Except that as I was pulling out of the parking lot, a girl came running out into the lot screaming and flagging me down. "You didn't pay for your gas!" she exclaimed. "You have to come inside!" Ok then. That's when things got ugly. Once inside, a security guard approached me with his f***ing hand on his f***ing weapon, yelling "is this the guy." The people behind the desk immediately started asking me loud questions in front of all the customers like "why are you trying to do a drive off without paying?" "Is this the drive off guy?" "That's not cool dude." "Do you want me to call the police?" So I explained I had used my credit card and it had gone through and then I had pumped. They at first acted like they thought I was lying, I was even directly accused of lying by one of them. I explained that if my credit card didn't register, I was completely oblivious to that, and I am used to gas pumps (in most cities these days) where you have to pre-pay, so if my card didn't go through and then it still let me pump, I had no way of knowing I hadn't paid. I was very nice about it and 2 or 3 of their employees were very aggressive about it. Finally they told the security guard to "stand down, it's fine" but that they were going to "make a report" and that they'd "taken notes of my plate number." I've never been treated so badly by employees of a business I was frequenting, in America anyway. All because their own equipment was glitching. If I could give minus 20 stars, I would. But I guess 1 star is Fair. It's Country Fair.

GetGo is a gas station and convenience store chain that is owned by Giant Eagle grocery store and…read morecurrently has locations in several states. What makes GetGo so great is not just their gasoline and their snacks but also their Made-to-Order food that tastes GOOD! Foods on the menu include breakfast sandwiches, submarine sandwiches, pizzas, burgers, hotdogs, chicken sandwiches, wraps, paninis, burritos, quesadillas, salads, fried chicken, French fries, appetizers such as jalapeño bites, and even some vegetarian and plant-based foods. Beverages include sodas, smoothies, milkshakes, lattes, beers, etcetera. Prices are reasonable. My husband and I stopped in here to purchase snacks and beverages for our road trip. We easily found a parking spot in the parking lot. The building looked to be in excellent and clean condition. We picked out our foods and drinks, and we waited in a line at the cash register for a short while. The cashier was very friendly, and he did a great job with ringing up our purchase and thanking us for visiting.

Yesterday while on my way to Pittsburgh to get ripped off and lose a bunch of money for nothing, I stopped at this GetGo location to fuel up my stomach. For those not familier with this chain, it's basically a gas station with a restaurant in it. You approach a screen and pick what you want from it. This place has everything from pizza, burgers, and hotdogs to chicken, sandwiches, and desserts. This trip called for a 6" chicken parmesan type sandwich which had mozzarella sticks on it, French fries, and a warm cookie because I can't say no to it when they ask for it at the end. Chicken Sub- the chicken sandwich was delicious, covered in cheese, and the chicken/sauce combination was killer. French fries- Fries can sometimes just be fries, but even those are good. Cookie- solid cookie, it was warm and ooey gooey. Overall, GetGo is a top notch to stop for gas and food. If you haven't been to one and have the chance, do yourself a favour and make the stop!
