Not bad, not great, it's Sheetz. It's an often busy location. Smaller store than most of the newer locations. If it's busy, it's a bit of a cluster. When not busy, no problem. As always, the coffee is what keeps us coming back. read more

Good gas station and convenience store, but this review is for the food only. It used to be really quite good, for fast food. This time we ordered for 4 adults and 2 kids. The deep fried cheese curds, mozzarella sticks, and onion petals were good, the chicken nuggets OK. However, the sandwiches we ordered were all labeled wrong, leading to bites taken from the wrong sammies, and the double meat for one wasn't doubled, as the preparer mistakenly doubled meat on a different sammy instead. Then the quality of the meats just wasn't there. The deli turkey seemed very low quality, the generously sized burgers were unfortunately rubbery and not very tasty. The pretzels rolls were good though. The only positive was the deep fried stuff. read more

How do I love thee... let me count the ways. Ah... I won't bother. I do like me some Sheetz though. I don't have one in my state so it's always a treat to have breakfast here. I like the made to order sandwich thing. So many choices. I get a pretzel roll with chicken maple sausage, mayo, red onion, cheddar cheese and the hashbrown on it. So good I am not a coffee drinker.. I am a tea drinker. The one point that confuses me is they have the hot water spouts about 4 inches from the drain. YOU CAN NOT fit an extra large hot cup under them. Am I not allowed to have a big cup of tea? Why do I have to waste a smaller cup to get hot water into a bigger cup? Anyhow... I like the Sheetz... they just need to get their Sheetz together a bit. read more

The food is a little overpriced and not really that good but what can you say? It's a convenience store after all. I will give them this much though; their soda fountain is usually calibrated correctly and I'm not getting sodas that taste mostly like water. Update: How in the world can a place like Sheetz run out of certain size soda cups? Sorry, that's just piss poor management. read more

Sheetz is very convenient if you are looking for fast food and need gas. Two problems with this though, their gas pumps are pretty slow and food takes FOREVER. No matter the time of day, food takes awhile to get made. I understand it is made-to-order, but seriously, it shouldn't take 12 minutes to make popcorn chicken and french fries. read more

Good convenience store, best place to stock up on Tastykakes when you are passing through, but Sheetz's gas prices are always at least 10 cents more a gallon than anywhere else. That meas two stops, one for snacks, another for gas at a better [rice. read more

Takes forever to get your order once it's placed, and once you get it the quality of meat is disgusting. Next time you order a sandwich open it up and take a look at that lunchmeat. High prices on the mto food. They use low quality ingredients. Most of the help is even worse. They seem like they never made food b4. They mess up orders . The drinks taste watered down considering the prices. Why sheetz is so chintzy on the mto dept is a mystery. I just think the help and management is lazy and not customer friend. Sheetz is seriously like the be-all end-all when it comes to the uber gas station. We didn't need any petrol but we still made it a point to swing by a Sheetz before we left the Scranton area. They have an awesome drink \ snack selection as well as a sandwhich \ sub shop inside. We just stopped to use the restrooms (which were super clean) and pick up a beverage for the ride home. I highly recommend Sheetz if your looking for a roadside pick-me-up on your next trip through PA. read more

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced at a sheetz. Not only did the employees ignore me at the counter for checkout because they were goofing off in the back, but they also served me a cold egg breakfast sandwich. The egg was cold and the cheese was nowhere near melted. HIGHLY disappointed. read more

Went to Sheetz last night. There was a customer in front of me that was blatantly rude and disrespectful to the employee behind the counter. The employee was very kind and didn't talk back to the customer in any degrading manner. I'm just leaving this here because she (the customer) said she was going to complain about the service as she was walking out. The service was wonderful. This customer was an absolute trash heap of a human being and I genuinely felt bad that the employee behind the counter had to just stand there and take her yelling at him. I've never had a problem with the service at Sheetz and will continue to go there regularly. 5 stars for the service! 0 stars for the garbage human. read more
