Road stop for fuel and a breakfast sandwich on the go and I know where to go. I do really like Sheetz and they never let me down. Signage to get off the highway was good with directional on the ramp. The business also has significant signage on the business. Pump area was clean and no issues gassing up. There was wash & towels. The trash was within its boundaries in the can. Once inside it was a standard layout. I used the restroom and found the Men's room clean. The store was organized and spic & span. I utilized the ordering kiosk to put in an order for my breakfast croissant. Its easy to use. Within 10 minutes my egg, cheese and bacon was ready. The checkout was easy and staff was great! I was driving home after visiting family for the holidays and the icy conditions on the roads had my anxiety way up. I choose to stop at Sheetz hoping for hot food and a clean bathroom to help ease my anxiety and my hangry disposition before getting back on the road. It was a little off the highway I was traveling on, which I think made the gas price a little more competitive than the ones right off the exit. It was pretty busy which made me feel safe as a solo-female traveler. The bathrooms were clean enough. The convenience section offered a wide variety of snacks and drinks to choose from. I opted to get some hot food. I don't have a Sheetz in my area so it was a nice change from the Wawa menu, but I didn't really think the food was any better. I've come across several die-hard Sheetz fans who always swore I would find Sheetz to be a game-changer. It was fast, fried, and tasty. What a difference a new store makes! I grew up in this area many many moons ago - and this locations once was WAY smaller, didn't have as many pumps available and the location wasn't as spacious and clean. On a recent trip to the area to check in on things, I came across this location and did a massive double-take. The location is now BIGGER, CLEANER, and I believe they have tripled the amount of gas pumps. The store is alot larger but what you see is what you get in terms of ordering food and getting food. My review is pointing to the quality of the food, cleanliness, and the customer service. The true measure of a Sheetz is upon an order of a meatball sub with cheese - where they put the cheese. The last time I ordered - they put the cheese on top ****NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!**** which doesn't seem like a big deal - until the wrapper sticks to the cheese and when you open the sub the cheese gets ripped off and you spent the extra $1 for cheese on wrapper cheese. However- overall the food came out quickly and this was before I was told about the Sheetz app which cuts down wait time 3-fold. The employees are very helpful - friendly and don't hesitate to ask you how you are doing with a smile. I used to come to this store at 4AM for a morning paper- when NO ONE is usually in a good mood, but the women here still smiled and were very attentive and hospitable. Store is clean. Food is good. Great valve during this time of high gas prices. Customers can be a little rude because they are trying to zoom into a pump. Wish they had more pumps. It can be hard to get in and out because of that. I did try there which I usally never do at a gas station but they we pretty good. Keep in mind it is a gas station but it seems like people like to go and spend money there. The insides are always packed with people purchasing food and beverages as well. Don't forget to get your loyalty card also. read more

Getting a solid gas station fill up + food during a road trip is hard. This Sheetz hit the spot on both counts. Gas was cheap, pumps were clean, and great music was playing under the awning. Inside the Sheetz store was a convenience store with everything you could want. I love the machines you order your food at. No miscommunication and they make your food to order. The fish sub and pizza we had was very good for road trip fast food. The store is also super clean, well lit, with clean bathrooms. Definitely stop here if you need a pit stop off Interstate 68! read more
