Ordered a burrito bowl and curly fries, one of the fries were literally rotten (black and mushy) and there was a hair in my burrito bowl. And when I was paying I stood at the counter for quite awhile waiting to pay. And maybe they are understaffed but the quality control of the products has no excuse. Nearing my endpoint but in need of using the facilities I stopped here. Seeing that there was a Sheetz coming up I knew I'd be taken care of. As I got nearer I saw the familiar awning and readied myself. I have to say that it was kind of odd this location. It feels like it is in the middle of nowhere even though there are other businesses around it. What is really odd is that the lot goes right up to the street behind it. So it is hard to tell where the lot ends and the street begins. It made for moving about the lot a bit dangerous for me, especially since I'm not from the area. I didn't need fuel when I got here, I just needed relief. I came in to use the facilities and get myself another drink. Facilities were decent and the store was well stocked. Made for a quick stop and for me to finish up my trip. read more

Come and see how cool the new dining room is!!! I love having a place inside to sit!! I work here, and I know most of the employees here do their very best to keep the place clean and be friendly and give you good food as quick as they can. It is very hard sometimes when it's crazy busy, and we make mistakes, but we are very customer service oriented, and I'm proud of my store for it. We try to make it up to someone who has even the slightest inconvenience, but it's hard when we get so backed up. I also love the gluten free options in the Ready to Eat section and the gluten free no bake cookies. I think we have a fairly good loyalty program, I enjoy when someone gets something free with their Sheetz card! So please forgive our mistakes and appreciate the good. I understand there were only two people working tonight but I stood there for an hour waiting for a drink. They never made it even when I brought it to the one woman's attention and tried showing her the receipt. She fought me about it and gave me the wrong drink. read more

Ordered a salad and sandwich. Both with cucumbers. The cucumbers were rotten! See pictures. So it ruined my whole appetite. Tried to eat the sandwich also had wilted lettuce. The food was done pretty quick. Which is the only bonus to this visit. read more

I'm always very impressed by the selection within Sheetz's store. They have a good mix of food and beverage items - fresh made-to-order items, healthy granola bars, chocolate, donuts, chips, frozen yogurt, drip coffee, fountain drinks, bottled drinks, etc. - many of which have deals. (Today there were two Starbucks bottles for $3, two Coke products for $2.50, etc.) The customer service is also always friendly, and pretty efficient at opening other registers when it occasionally gets backed up. read more

We are spoiled in Pennsylvania with great convenience stores. For a good part of the country, they only get 7-11, Circle K, and ampm. We have Sheetz and Wawa. And to a lesser degree the newer Turkey Hills which are trying to be Sheetz or Wawa. Most convenience store hoagies and food is in a refrigerator or under a heat lamp. Not at Sheetz. You order it from a touch-screen and then it is MADE TO ORDER. And they have a lot of different food choices. Not to mention the regular convenience store items. read more

I was first fooled by a map app that said a half mile south but it was really 2.5 miles off the exit. Regardless we ordered a simple pretzel with salt, nothing fancy. I used the bathroom for less than five minutes and I came out and heard the counter person tell my wife it will take at least 10 minutes. I'm not mad at at the counter guy but at least you figure 10 -15 minutes to make a pretzel? read more

If I could give this sheetz lower stars I would. Old man at the cash register around 6:15pm on September 11th was very rude and made my visit horrible. He put 6 huge cans in one tiny bag and made me feel very uncomfortable. Was very rude and I will not be returning. read more
