The coffee was well stocked. --Service/Staff-- Friendly staff that assisted me with my drinks. I was in and out quickly. --Products-- I got the usual coffee and gas. Store is not clean and the food is subpar at best. It took me 20 minutes to get my food at 9pm and there were only 2 other orders. Lots of messing around in the kitchen and rude checkout employees. I also bought grapes that were moldy and returned them, obviously and the cashier was really rude. I am sure this is a management problem. Kids running that store read more

this Sheetz does NOT participate in $1.99 gas! When they advertise they should say not all participate & put it on sign as we went OUT OF OUR WAY to go here & it cost us MORE than our local station but by the time we got here we had no voice as we m were down to empty! Absolutely the worst Sheetz I have ever been to. Was in the area for a few days and stopped in one morning for some coffee and all three of their coffee machines were broken. No signs no notice. Empty coffee cups everywhere from people trying to get coffee. Returned later in the evening to get some late dinner. No chili cheese hotdogs. Ordered something else and it took 20 minutes for quick late night food. The staff had on their personal music with the "F" word in it, they were singing at the top of their lungs messing around and not working on the food. Without some acknowledgment of these happenings and some information from the manger stating some things were taken care of we will not be returning to this Skeetz. read more

I searched hazleton sheetz...ordered my food in a hurry as I was about to lose receptio...hit order and paid then saw it said it was in bethel...immediately tried to click cancel order but got a message saying it couldn't be canceled and that they were already making my food...they were not, that's a lie because I literally only seconds prior but the submit button...I tried calling the store directly and Im not sure what the Lon t is of having a phone number because it literally WILL NOT connect...bullshit...it's a $40 order that's an hour away and there's no way to connect with a person...obviously it literally IS too late to cancel the food now as they certainly have made it at this point...but it's literally impossible to even call so its almost like it's intentional so if something like this does happen you literally cannot correct it...and that's bullshit!!' read more

Very upset. This Sheetz sucks. The manager charged .75 for 2 packets of salsa and I was never charged before. The manager was rude to my friend who went and picked up the food. They also made the food wrong. My friend ordered a vegetable wrap without cheese, but instead was given a veggie wrap with fish and cheese on it. My platter was supposed to get sauce on it and there was no sauce. May not come back here again. We have spent a lot of money here to receive the service we have gotten. read more

While this is currently one of the nicest and cleanest Sheetz I have ever been to and the convince of it being just a mile from my house. I order online 95% of the time. In the beginning they couldn't figure out how to handle an online order and I would end up waiting 15-20 minutes after I arrived to finally get someones attention due to them working hard (not avoiding), however that has changed, the cashier now checks for a completed online order and brings it to you. The MTG orders typically are messed up or missing something more then 50% of the time. More times then I can count I have paid for extra dipping sauces and they are missing from my bag. One time I ordered a app sampler and got a bratwurst. There would be a much higher review if these issues were not constant since the stores opening. They have fixed the whole online order fetching but that is about it. read more

Normally Sheetz has great food. I waited almost 20 minutes for this buffalo chicken Mac n cheese Although the chicken was cold, it was a nice size portion. It had hardly any Mac n cheese on the bottom and it was a Mac n cheese meal. It wasn't worth the money at all. Very disappointed in this Sheetz. read more

It's a beautiful, modern, clean Sheetz store. What more can I say? It's the only nice gas station/mini market convenience store for 25 miles in either direction. All of the other choices are old, dirty, shameful establishments. read more
