Insane. Deny or delay. The last visit 4/22/26 the pharmist told me 30 mins When I called. I said you're telling me that at 11am i can pick up my script, no probs and no delays? He said yes. he here's my phone say this call is being recorded. He slams the phone down hanging up on me!! I go to the store at 11am. Wait 28 mins in line and then wait til I get my RX in hand bc if you say anything they don't like, they will refuse to fill it And call it Pharmacist discretion. So i ask the pharmacist why did u hang up on me when I called just bc you heard it say im recording? he said it was a accident lol. I said sir it's an old school plastic busn phone. You can clearly hear you slam it down. I am 13 days from major elbow tendon surgery that controls my fingers And in an immobilization brace. I'm legally temp handicapped. My left arm just had the exact same surgery done isn't even 100% 24 weeks ago. It's a 3/6 month recovery. I had them done back to back. So 13 days after surgery this pharmacist thinks he's caught lying on recording. My phone was in my rt hand against my left bicep until I look to make sure its recording. When I take my eyes off of him, he panics and snatches at my phone. See pics. He hits both hands and the phone. Phone screen cracked from compression cracks either my fingers or his squeezing so hard. Idk how I hung on. I don't but I'm glad I did n bc it woulda ended badly had he gotten it. Walgreens blames me and says I'm fishing to sue them lmao. Bc iv video'd every time I got a prescription to document the ada violations and discriminatio. Iv wrote the head of the legal dept and even text w him. I don't want the money from sueing them!! I want to walk in and get a prescription like everyone else. In and out. Treated equally!! They seem to think I'm the addict still that won't see this thru or can't afford to bang it out w them. I think my 5.5 yrs clean, full time plumber,no kids. Home. Sure you can, there's no expectation of privacy in public, the store can ask you not to record and if you'd don't complain you to leave but I have video of me and store manager discussing the issues previously about ada violations. However, this time only a 30-day supply was filled through insurance, and no option was offered for the remaining amount. When my husband picked it up, no alternatives were explained or offered. When I called to ask why the doctor's 90-day order was not followed, I was repeatedly placed on hold and no one introduced themselves when speaking with me. The pharmacist repeatedly explained the "default insurance process" multiple times, even after I asked why the prescription was not filled as written. This did not address my concern. My history clearly shows I always receive a 90-day supply and pay using GoodRx. The pharmacist, who again did not introduce herself, was extremely rude, seemed rushed, and was dismissive throughout the conversation. There was no attempt to offer solutions or correct the issue, such as reversing the claim or allowing payment for the remaining supply. I also felt powerless in the situation, as no options were offered and I was not given any clear way to resolve the problem. Ultimately, the prescription was not followed as written, which is disrupting my care. There is a reason I have consistently been maintained on a 90-day supply, and that continuity was not respected. Overall, there was poor communication, no professionalism, and no effort to resolve the issue.

People just kept coming. Next time I make a appointment or come to pharmacy I will not be going at 2pm. I will make it later in the day so it will not be so busy! However the staff was pleasant and quick dealing with all the customers. The isles are wide easy to find items. My shot was scheduled at 2:15pm but I did not get it till 2:32pm. That is one thing I hate is waiting for appointments. Doctors never want us late to a appointment but somehow it always seems the customer has to wait on them! However the wait could have been much worse.

Lucky for me I noticed and did not use it. I called Walgreen's to ask to swap it out for the correct prescription. They were rude, combative and refused to help. It was everybody's fault but theirs. Even if true, they did not notice that the prescription was different than I had been using for 2 years and, most importantly, different than what I requested? They then pointed me in the right direction, and as I left, I was seriously impressed. I've rarely been greeted or assisted by employees at convenience stores, so it was very nice to have someone standing there, waiting to greet and assist me. I had needed to make a copy of an 8x10 photo (only one photo, only one copy), so I dropped my photo off and was asked to return in an hour. After I returned an hour later, I was told they were experiencing problems with their equipment. They asked that I walk around the store for another 15 minutes, while they prepared my photo. After twenty minutes, I went back to the desk and was told my photo wasn't ready. I gave the employee my phone number and they assured me that they would call when my photo was ready. Three hours later, no one had called, so I went back to Walgreens. The employee at the photo counter was one of the same employees I had spoken with earlier. My photo was finally ready (four hours late, and no one had called), and I asked the young man if they offered any kind of discount - since I had driven out there unnecessarily earlier in the day. The young man behind the counter was quite rude and snippy, saying that it wasn't his fault the machinery broke. All he needed to do was say "No, we don't offer any discounts," and everything would have been fine. Instead, he was very rude and I had to ask him three or four times what my total was when he rang me up. After filling out a complaint on the Walgreens website, the manager contacted me and sorted everything out - which slightly bettered my experience. Overall, the store is alright.
