However the staff was pleasant and quick dealing with all the customers. The isles are wide easy to find items. My shot was scheduled at 2:15pm but I did not get it till 2:32pm. I asked for a refill of a prescription that I had been using for several years. I received an email saying that the doctor had to ok the refill. Several hours later I got an email that the prescription (remember, the one that I requested). I picked it up and when I got home I say that it was not the one I requested. Lucky for me I noticed and did not use it. I called Walgreen's to ask to swap it out for the correct prescription. They were rude, combative and refused to help. It was everybody's fault but theirs. Go figure. They claimed they merely fulfilled what the doctor sent over. What? Even if true, they did not notice that the prescription was different than I had been using for 2 years and, most importantly, different than what I requested? No, just put it in a bag and gave it to me. They did not tell me, they did not notifiy me, they did not question me. I thought pharmacist were medical professionals. Not here, for sure.

I had mixed experiences with this Walgreen's locations - all in the same day…read more When I arrived, I was greeted by an employee who asked if I needed any help. They then pointed me in the right direction, and as I left, I was seriously impressed. I've rarely been greeted or assisted by employees at convenience stores, so it was very nice to have someone standing there, waiting to greet and assist me. I had needed to make a copy of an 8x10 photo (only one photo, only one copy), so I dropped my photo off and was asked to return in an hour. After I returned an hour later, I was told they were experiencing problems with their equipment. They asked that I walk around the store for another 15 minutes, while they prepared my photo. After twenty minutes, I went back to the desk and was told my photo wasn't ready. I gave the employee my phone number and they assured me that they would call when my photo was ready. Three hours later, no one had called, so I went back to Walgreens. The employee at the photo counter was one of the same employees I had spoken with earlier. My photo was finally ready (four hours late, and no one had called), and I asked the young man if they offered any kind of discount - since I had driven out there unnecessarily earlier in the day. The young man behind the counter was quite rude and snippy, saying that it wasn't his fault the machinery broke. All he needed to do was say "No, we don't offer any discounts," and everything would have been fine. Instead, he was very rude and I had to ask him three or four times what my total was when he rang me up. After filling out a complaint on the Walgreens website, the manager contacted me and sorted everything out - which slightly bettered my experience. Overall, the store is alright. Depending on who is working, the customer service can range from horrible to amazing.

They did not tell me anything about earrings before they took the first short. They spent an inordinate amount of time trying to doctor it. When I got it home, it was immediately rejected by the state department. I took it back and they had absolutely no idea what was wrong with it. To make it worse, they would not give me a refund because it was against store policy. I'm disputing it with my bank. How hard is it to take a digital photo against a white backgroud? Too hard for these people! They do not know the rules for passport photos from the state department. Beware if you have your prescriptions filled here. Total, utter incompetence.
