What an amazing find on Groupon…read more Shay is amazing. One of the better experiences I have had getting a facial. She explained everything about the process and made me feel at ease. I selected a micro needling treatment and I have only had one before. Not only did Shay include a dermaplane treatment she also started with microdermabrasion. In addtion she does not leave you alone in the room for 30 minutes to wait for the numbing cream, if selected, she gives you a little bonus massage. My skin feels and looks amazing. I have finally found my new go to place. No more endless searching on Groupon for my beauty needs. I love Safety Harbor and I can't believe I don't visit more often. The staff was very friendly and there was a good amount of patrons coming in while I was getting my service done. I've had microblading in the past and it lasted about 3 years. I think Molly did a better job than my previous technician and will likely last a bit longer. They use numbing cream but you're still going to feel the pain. I loved that she took her time mapping out my brows. Makes you feel much more comfortable because let's face it getting a tattoo on your face can be scary. I'm going through the weird healing process now and scabs are starting to come off. If you've never had microblading done before it almost looks like the pigment is coming out but it darkens back up after you were healed. I'm hoping to take a final picture and we'll add to this review but if you're looking for this type of service I highly recommend.

My first experience with this business is when I called to make use the b1g1 was for the platnium hydro facial. Lady on the phone said yes... when I went there before I purchased I asked again. They said yes. After the service was done that was in fact not what I purchased . I let them know that both over the phone and in person they told me the wrong thing. So they said next time they will hiring the service I was told WAS the b1g1. Okay no worries.. I get in my car and realize -told me the wrong thing for a quick sale -micro bladed all the way up to my hair line and cut my front ends off -cut my forehead because the pressure was to hard -still random patches of peach fuzz Second time around I went and reminded them about the honored facial that I originally wanted. Which in the description says it comes with red light therapy. It did not. When finished and asked what about the red light therapy the girl gave me a run around with three different excuses 1- it was an add on (no it's not it states in the description it comes with the treatment) 2- depends on if we think you need it ( WANTED that for that specific treatment that's what I paid for who are you to decide what I need if it states in the description that it's included) 3. Depend on who's doing your face some of us add it some of us don't And then lastly after I asked one more time about the wording of the description for that specific treatment with the red light she said it's somthing we talk about if you need in the beginning and that the facial is very customizable but when we started she didn't care to ask me my concerns or what it was I wanted.. kinda seemed like she wanted to get it done and over with like I was the last person of the day She then tried telling me they can add it next time I come back. To top it off I go back in my car look at my face and once again my peach fuzz on my upper lip my cheek and some of my forehead was still there. As if she barely microdermed it... If they or the store owner wants to do right by there practice then they should fix this issue immediately and be more upfront with the deals and what it is the facial offers
