I called to let them know that my kitten had died because they had given too much dewormer so it ended up dying and was told "one pound kittens receive 5 ML of dewormer " when online it doesn't say that at all. We are 30 minutes from the clinic, we were told to come on in. We got there staff was very nice. They took care of our baby and gave us instructions how to care for him at home for the next 24 hours. We…read morewent to our veterinarian to find out that they no longer board animals...however, they gave us the info to Creature Comforts with Mrs. Irene Sumner (Owner) in Caldwell, GA. We couldn't have asked for a better experience nor for a better place to leave our babies while we were away. The staff was polite especially miss Lynn, the yard was well maintained, the animals have well ventilated kennels along with A/C so they wouldn't get to hot in a confined building. They were given daily breaks with out times and dogs with special needs were maintained in a separate building so they would not be disturbed. We were given updates on our baby due to her having mild seizures which really helped ease my wife's mind while we were away. Needless to say we couldn't have asked for a better place to leave our babies while we were gone and will DEFINITELY be using them again. Thank you again CREATURE COMFORTS.

Our babies pull us to the door and get excited when they get there. It's always an uneasy feeling to leave your fur babies behind when you go out of town, but Camp Bow Wow puts my mind at ease.
