The people that I did see at Finishing Touch, when my stylist didn't show, were very kind and considerate. Another stylist filled in a couple of times and did a very good job. It ended up working out well for me. I found another business in town where I can walk in or have a short wait. The quality is not as good as my former stylist or the stylist that filled in for her at Finishing Touch. However, I am getting old, live out of town, and have had health problems. I have chosen to compromise on quality a bit for flexibility and convenience.

One week after that embarrassingly botched haircut, I made an appointment with Nicole at Ms. Nikki's Hair Studio. I selected it purely based off the website. I had little to lose, so I decided to take the chance. It was the best action I could have taken. Nicole was candid. She said she'd do what she could to improve my already short hair. Because of the length, there wasn't a lot to work with. I let Nicole know I wasn't expecting a miracle. If I could look in the mirror without crying and feeling humiliated, that would have been considered a win. But, Nicole did so much more. She was impressive from the start. Before she even initiated the first cut, she clarified what I wanted. Then, she continued to check in to ensure I'd be okay with the cut. The final result was incredible. I loved my pixie haircut. I'm now a loyal superfan! I enthusiastically recommend Ms. Nikki's Hair Studio. I'd be absolutely stunned if anyone was left disappointed!
