How did I know that, It was due to being told (by mistake I am sure) by the Aspen Salon Owner during this 2nd fitting that I had tried the particular REMY WIG on before, as in my previous experience there. I tried to ask for a Defective wig refund also due to the following issues with the REMY WIG I PURCHASED 2 weeks prior to this review. They are; *Not enough lace came with wig, already trimmed. *Belt Cap kept loosing up each time I tried wearing the wig, making it impossible for the wig to fit properly. *Customer service ignored my asking for help in these matters. * I also noticed after only wearing and brushing the wig the Aspen salon sold to me for $1000!! had lost all the major colorful highlights it had *The owner named Larenda ignored my request to see a catalog to look at and to select a NEW WIG. There are a ton of people who do locs, but not everyone does it with care. Tia took her time and make sure my hair was done right. From the shampoo to the retwist, the experience was great.
