I have never been so disappointed. Every single thing I requested was ignored. I asked for a wash and cut and told she couldn't wash. Should have been my first clue. She asked how much I wanted off and I said 3 inches. My hair was to the bottom of my bra and is now above my shoulders. It was a horrible butcher job. I drove to Jackson last night to get 'styled. Maybe the other stylists are better but I'm never, ever returning. Never. read more
