She asked how much I wanted off and I said 3 inches. My hair was to the bottom of my bra and is now above my shoulders. It was a horrible butcher job. I drove to Jackson last night to get 'styled. Maybe the other stylists are better but I'm never, ever returning. Never.

Rachel is a lovely person and she absolutely knows her job. Not only does she have good hair…read moreherself, (which is a rare find in a salon, honestly), but she is thoughtful and skillful and very personable. The salon itself is very clean and very nice, and you feel like you are the only one who matters while you are in the chair, because you aren't surrounded by other stylists and clients. I left my appointment on Cloud Nine, and feel SO much better about myself for letting Rachel fix my problem (thin, fine) hair (which another hairdresser had utterly ruined). I did not even have such high expectations, but she met and exceeded them. And she did such a good job, that I can't wait to show off my hair now, which is something I haven't felt like doing in a very long time --- I should have sought her out much, much sooner. She's amazing! Please do make an appointment with her if you're looking for a hairstylist in the area. You won't be disappointed.
