Within the first week I noticed what looked like the belts were busted? I took the truck back in and they told me that was how they were made? So they slapped a tire weight on it and called it a day.. after a few months it continued to get worse, so, again I took it back in and they told me the tires were cupped, and that I needed new tires.. They told me they had them in stock but made it perfectly clear I wasn't getting them without paying.. They did offer me a discount on a new set but in my mind that's not how warranties work... They lined up the vehicle, they mounted and balanced the tires, they literally did everything. it's not like it was at different shops? It's a shame because I've been going there for years and that had to come to an end because they want to save a few bucks?

We left our car and got a rental, to continue on our trip. They were honest, repaired the issue, without trying to up charge us or sell us anything extra, and had our car ready on our way back home from our trip. Wes and the staff took great care of us and made what could have been a nightmare scenario so much easier!
