I came back in after getting in my car to confirm the price on the stone as I had seen it. Instead of accusing her, I simply asked for the sticker on the stone just to verify it for a possible later return. She claimed she took all the stickers off all the stones and then threw them away for all the stones including the one I had purchased minutes before and that she always does that... but here I am looking at every single sticker for my other labeled stones... except for that one. We reprinted a new label with a new price. I hate being gaslit, or simply someone trying to take advantage of me as a customer, or dealing with anyone just being quietly racist. Originally I thought: "on a stone already marked down 50%, I will remember not to shop with *that* attendant." But now... I have returned my stones to the owner. I will not be returning back.
