No one called back until nearly two weeks later -- and when they finally did, it was a nurse practitioner who had never seen my mother and told me it was her fault because "she has to want to do this." Almost a week later, Dr. Pierce finally saw her in person and prescribed steroids to help her appetite -- exactly what I'd been asking for two weeks earlier. That delay may have cost her the chance at any further treatment. Before that delay, she had already completed her second chemo infusion, and we were on our way to her third when she got scan results showing no signs of cancer in her lungs. She was happy, relieved, ready to keep fighting. But when we went down for that third infusion, we were told there wasn't one -- because someone in the office decided she "didn't want to continue treatment." No one asked her. No one asked me. They just didn't schedule it. Now keep in mind when they give us the appointment date and time it was at 1:30 and I specifically asked is this is for infusion right?because all of her other infusion appointments have been for 8:00 in the morning And she said yes absolutely have you ever been with a cancer patient that have been told that their scan was clear and they go down for the next trip treatment They find out it's not scheduled and because of her health and the delay it was almost another 4 weeks before she receive this treatment If you're keeping track that's 2 different answers This wasn't miscommunication. It was negligence, plain and simple. My mother deserved better. The entire time he told us they're dropping the ball they're dropping the ball and yet this happens in his office maybe we should find out who dropped the ball I'm pretty sure this might include St Joseph I think he's a doctor for them But I think the truly saddest part about it all is no one in that office anywhere else in the cancer community told us we could have been receiving palliative care for her symptoms the entire time but we weren't told until we called and asked for hospice and it was his nurse that told us about it And trust me they all know we wanted it because I was always calling to try to find out what I could do for her I can't help but wonder what twelve of my peers would think about this They say that you're never alone in a cancer community well I say me and my mother were all alone And the excuse you put in there on my previous time speaking about the misstepping infusion. about not discussing because I'm not the patient or you don't have to worry about that anymore because she passed Tuesday morning Those 2 acts alone could be considered malpractice/negligence Because if she had received that dose that day and if she had gotten something to help her appetite on the first day instead of almost 3 weeks later And it almost four week delay and chemo because they thought she was done? 8 month delay letting us know we could get palliative care of the entire time who knows how things could work out. And following the line of secession St Joe is the head so they would be included.... The entire time he told us they dropped the ball All this is taking too much time So when they mis scheduling of that third treatment that put it out almost a month I was shocked that they took it so lightly and who knows the outcome if that would have happened on time... The same thing with them help and getting her to eat two weeks earlier... Kind of makes me wonder where else the ball was dropped You imagine The liability if St Joe's included Without those 2 delays who knows how well she could have done

My 5 year old son recently had tongue, lip, and cheek ties treated with Team Tongue Tie. These…read morewere affecting his speech, and they would cause dental issues down the line as well. His dentist and speech therapist both recommended we see Team Tongue Tie, and his Dr. at Kaiser also mentioned them as an alternate to the traditional tongue tie revision, which would require general anesthesia and was not something we were comfortable with. All three professionals agreed that he needed the tie revision, and that was confirmed by Dr Sacker during consultation as well. I would be misleading you if I told you that the whole process was "easy peasy". My son did scream during the procedure, and I did want to run in and rescue him. It was hard to hear, and I was thankful when the nurse came to distract me. I was thankful that it was over quickly! I asked him afterward if it hurt at all and he said no, he was just scared of the numbing medicine. He's never had any sort of numbing medicine in his mouth before, so that feeling was scary. Despite this, Dr. Sacker and her staff was so nice and caring toward him, that he was not scared to go back for his follow up two days later. The stretches are rough at first. It hurts, it's exhausting, but it's a short term thing. Stay the course, you'll get through it! It was less than 2 weeks before there wasn't any more pain and the stretches became a breeze to do. Okay, now to sing some praises! Dr. Sacker and her staff are positively wonderful. The nurses are very warm and caring, the office was beautiful and inviting. From the get-go, Scott explained thoroughly what to expect from the entire procedure and the aftercare, and explained Dr. Sacker's qualifications as well. He was available for further questions and was prompt in responding via phone and email. Dr Sacker is very knowledgeable, responsive, and empathetic. She is there to support you every step of the way, and encouraged me to send pictures if I felt unsure of how well I was doing the stretches (which I did, and she responded reassuringly). At the two week checkup, she again assured me that at any time, I could text her with questions or send pictures. It's obvious that she cares about her patients and the success of the procedures! Dr. Sacker and Scott were both great in interacting with our family, it's a plus that they're nice people! I'm happy with our decision to see Team Tongue Tie, and would gladly refer them to others needing this procedure.

I started getting frequent clogs, my baby was unreasonably fussy, had silent reflux, and started struggling to breastfeed. I had no idea what was going on -- my first child had no issues breastfeeding and I had been doing the exact same thing with my second. Luckily we were referred to TTT and they were incredible from the first phone call. We called frantically on a Friday afternoon after getting tipped off that our baby might have a tie. They were so quick to respond and Scott even took our intro phone call on a Saturday afternoon. We were in first thing on Monday morning for the procedure!! When you're in this desperate position to feed your baby, you KNOW how important speed is. I was SO thankful they were able to get us in so quickly - I may have cried a few silent tears of relief when he said we could come in on Monday morning. Everyone in the office was so helpful, kind, and understanding. The procedure was super quick and easy (as they tell you!). Although it was a bit traumatizing being freshly postpartum and exhausted, the team was so comforting and reassuring. I had this strange expectation that once we had the procedure, breastfeeding would magically be fixed. This was indeed not the case -- it was a much longer haul to get back to a successful breastfeeding situation. We had the ties (4 total) released at around ~7 weeks, but it took several months afterwards to get fully back to successful breastfeeding with little to no pumping. I say this for anyone reading this to gain realistic expectations. We had to go back for lactation appointments (Heather was amazing!) and I was still having to pump around the clock for a few weeks. Our daughter is now 7 months old, exclusively breastfed, and absolutely thriving. In fact, she refuses the bottle at this point, which some people would be bummed about but is such a win for me. I am SO happy that we had this procedure done with TTT and their amazing staff! This is somewhat of a niche operation and I am so grateful that they exist. Thank you Dr. Sacker and everyone at TTT for dedicating so much time and energy to helping families like us!

I took my son there on a Sunday, he was very sick they checked him for several things which came…read moreout negative. They ended up drawing bloodwork which one of the labs did take several days but my son was not improving and I called every day they were very rude bc they were sick of hearing from me even hung up on me once when I called and kept saying the dr will call u well it's been five days now and unless I call them, I haven't heard anything! I called this morning and they said my sons labs were back they put me through to the back to talk to a nurse about his labs I was on hold forever the receptionist came back and said, sorry they r too busy to talk to you, they will call you back! I'm sorry but I worked in a drs office we seen at least 120 patients every day but I still made time for phone calls to answers questions about medicines, labs or any other concern my patients had! My son's health is important to me and the treatment we have received was awful! I will never take my kids there again and if you want answers for a sickness this is the wrong place to go! Get it together guys if you are gonna run a health care facility!

They wanted me back immediately to get more work done. They go fix things by what's comfortable for you. For example: If you prefer massage and shock therapy to help you they will do that for you or you can go by what they suggest would work best with your condition. The atmosphere is comforting and the staff helps keep you comfortable during your visit.

After about 3 weeks (the body needs time to heal) I felt much better, had good energy, and was sleeping much better. I am so grateful to Dr. Chad for his caring and kindness.
