On 6/22, since I had not heard from the recipient by the end of the day, I called Beverly Hills Florist to check on it. After being put on hold for 10 minutes, they informed me that it was not delivered due to "supply chain problems" and they did not have more fresh flowers so they credited my cc. I think they just forgot to do the order. They were not apologetic at all when I asked why they had not called or emailed me about the problem...will wait for cc credit to appear but I definitely cannot recommend this business.

They were very kind and gracious, and were able to create two beautiful bouquets of long-stemmed roses with greenery and baby's breath, wrapped with shred ribbons.
