Long story short: I would recommend Laura to anyone looking for a realtor... and I would trust any…read morevendor she recommends. My husband and I were first time home-buyers in September. We knew a few realtors and felt the need to start fresh with someone completely new to us. I put in a request on a realtor-finder site that advertised "top realtors" in the area. As you can imagine, I was bombarded. Laura quickly followed up after receiving my lead. We chatted and I instantly knew my husband and I would be in good hands. Buying a home is a BIG deal, so we were particular about who was going to be a part of that journey. Laura was patient with every question we had from day one. It was over Labor Day weekend, so there was a break in the timeline. Within a couple weeks we decided to officially start looking for our first home (in person instead of on Zillow). Within a day, Laura set up 4 houses for us to look at one evening (saving our Zillow-favorite for last). She came with years of experience, expertise, and feedback. She helped us with pros/cons of each house while making sure we were honest in our opinions about each one. She gave us the comfort level to say "yay or nay" about everything that was important to us. We instantly fell in love with the last house and knew we had found our forever home. With Laura's help (and a team of lenders/closers she highly recommended) we closed on our dream home 23 DAYS after seeing it in person that first night! While we weren't her quickest close, hopefully we came close! We heard horror stories about buying a home but our process was smooth and quick. While we may have just gotten lucky, Laura played a vital part in the entire process from making the initial offer to being there with us on closing day. If there was a problem, I knew Laura was going to get it handled. She has YOUR best interest in mind and has a true passion for what she does, which beats someone looking to just make a buck. We showed up 10 minutes after the open house was scheduled to end and she was unbelievably welcoming. She took the time to answer all of our questions (about 20 minutes) and really made us feel at ease. We just moved to Dallas from California and are first-time home buyers so there are a lot of questions. We decided that the property was not what we were looking for and she said she would follow up regarding other options. She called me this morning and we spoke in length about what we are looking for. She is knowledgable, friendly, detail-orientated, organized and passionate about helping you find the perfect house. I am so excited to start working with her! I will update my review after the process is complete. However, after our two conversations-I am sure that she will be our housing angel. I have learned to adjust my expectations when it comes to the service industry. Rosemarie is amazing and will exceed all expectations.

In fact, I relied on her heavily to be my ears and eyes on the purchase of a house sight unseen while I was living in Kenya, Africa. She went above and beyond to provide the information that I needed to make the purchase from abroad. I would definitely recommend her as one of the hardest working Realtors in the business:)
