The employees are fantastic, they will order anything that they don't have in stock (something I have taken advantage of on several occasions). They have also given me lots of free merch and stuff in the past. Because of this, this place warrents 5 stars. There are also beer and wine tastings at least once a month. If you buy a lot of beer, you should consider getting a frequent buyer card. After buying 10 6 packs you get money off your next purchase. Definitely a deal worth checking out

There are a few decent places to grab wine in this area but most of them are a drive for me, and since I'm juggling that whole parenthood, owning a business, taking care of life in general stuff - I don't always get the chance to take a 30-40 minute drive to find some booze that my snobby palate will enjoy. Town Liquors is small and from the outside, it looks like every other package store on route 6, but when you step inside you're greeted with walls, shelves and cases of wine varieties - and not just every day ones. Yes, you can get your Barefoot wine or your (GROSS), white zin - BUT, if you're looking for something a smidge more sophisticated, they can help you with that too. The wine guy, (maybe he's a manager, but for the purposes of this review, let's just call him the wine guy), is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He is working with a small space and trying to make sure it's stocked with reasonably priced, high quality wines. (He's also brought in some heavy hitters that are more expensive that you'd NEVER find in this area.) He loves Spanish wines, so there are quite a few of them. He recommended a couple to me and even let me taste some in store - I bought both. I never would have if he hadn't had them out for tasting because admittedly, I don't know my Spanish wines at all. I feel like if this place had a bigger space, they would be killing it. That's the only reason this isn't five stars, because even with all the clever arranging and displaying, there's just not enough room in the place to have a variety like some of the larger wine stores. BUT, they're further away. So if you're looking to try something new...or you want to bring a bottle to a dinner party that will impress, definitely give this place a try. They also offer a 10% discount if you buy 6 bottles or more. PS. There's a really great Lebanese place in the same shopping center that is BYOB! Perfect to nab a bottle of wine here and head over for a nice dinner. Just a thought. :)

Didn't drink it took it back the next day and the owner would not return our money. Said he had to check with the supplier to see if all the other bottles were bad as well. The bottle is from 2012. Most people know champagne that old is garbage. Will avoid this establishment in the future. If you can't stand behind your products, then I will take my business elsewhere.
