Most companies wouldn't even give me a quote because I wasn't the official homeowner. Not A1! Christian came out right away, did an incredibly thorough inspection, and later walked me through his detailed report and the 200+ photos he took. That level of detail gave me full confidence to move forward. I immediately signed to have the roof installed after closing. Five Stars for Christian! Then just days before closing, my bank suddenly required the roof to be replaced before they'd clear the loan. Total stress--until A1 stepped in. They coordinated with my attorneys and, within two days, had the crew replacing the roof. Moses, the project manager, was phenomenal--constant updates, hands-on management, and even local recommendations since I'm new to the area. When my realtor and I stopped by, we saw the crew's craftsmanship in action. The property was spotless when they finished, and the roof looks beautiful. Five Stars for Moses and his amazing crew! From start to finish--Christian's inspection, Moses' project management, and the hardworking crew--A1 delivered top-notch service. Even my realtor was so impressed she said she'll recommend A1 to her clients. If you want professionalism, integrity, and people who truly care, A1 Home Improvement LLC is the way to go. Will use them again when I need other projects completed.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering Atlantic Building Products to proceed with caution…read more After selecting my countertop, both Atlantic and their fabricator, KB Surfaces, represented that it could be installed with only one seam. Months later, after the kitchen had already been demolished and the countertop had been measured, Atlantic reversed its position and said the agreed upon configuration could no longer be done. At that point, I was offered what Atlantic representedjas an 'essentially identical' replacement countertop-but at approximately 40% higher cost. I wasn't allowed to inspect the actual slab before committing, only a small sample and photo, and I was told I would face a 30% restocking fee if I rejected it after ordering. With the kitchen already torn apart, I had no practical choice but to move forward. Atlantic then promised the replacement would arrive in about two weeks. Instead, it was delayed by roughly another month due to what I was told was a "shipping issue", leaving my family without a usable kitchen even longer. When the countertop finally arrived, it was materially different from what I had originally selected and what I had been told I was purchasing. The appearance was nothing like the sample I relied on when agreeing to spend thousands of dollars more.

If you are looking to * possibly * save a couple hundred bucks on a job that will cost thousands, then look elsewhere. If you are looking for a master class on tiling - which will be done right the first time and you won't have to worry about it having issues and costing thousands more in the near future - then look no further. At no point were there any surprises - from the estimate to the final payment. On the front porch project (heated tiling), the owner initially rejected doing the job because the subfloor was sub-par and not sturdy, and the front door needed to be raised. Meanwhile 2 competitors were ready to take the job no questions asked, at basically the same price! The company's attention to detail impressed me most - from the owner to the installers to the showroom staff. Tiling and design work are all about detail. All of that comes together in the end - and it's the final product (the look, the feel, the confidence) that counts. I enjoyed working with MT and recommend them to family and friends.
