Dr. Ryan took the time to do a thorough evaluation, explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense, and performed a gentle adjustment that gave me some immediate relief. He also gave me stretches to do at home and laid out a treatment plan instead of just sending me on my way and saying, "See you next time." I stuck with the plan, and I'm so grateful I did. These days I see Dr. Patel for my weekly adjustments, and he's been fantastic. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to ask how I'm doing before every adjustment. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. The front desk team deserves a shoutout too. They're genuinely kind, efficient, and always make check-in quick and easy. It's one of those places where everyone seems happy to be there, and it makes a difference. My biggest issue is not that he couldn't treat my son\. If chiropractic care was not appropriate for his situation, I completely understand that\. What upset me was the lack of consideration for our time\. He could have told us from the beginning that he would not be able to see or treat him instead of having us sit there waiting while everyone else was seen\. I could have used that time to take my son somewhere else to get the care he needs\. When a parent brings in a child who is in pain, their time and concerns should be treated with respect\.
