After our exams, we were required to schedule a separate second visit just to review our results--which is where the experience really went downhill. ​During that follow-up, it felt less like a medical office and more like a high-pressure used car lot. The practice presented both of us with treatment plans recommending thousands of dollars in dental work. We found this suspicious given that we had seen our previous dentist only six months prior with no major issues flagged. ​Once we received their recommended treatment plans in writing, we sought a second opinion from another dentist. As it turns out, none of the proposed work was actually necessary. We understand that clinical philosophies can vary from dentist to dentist, but the aggressive hard sell and excessive treatment recommendations made us extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

Dr Wallace gives you a call the next day to make sure you're ok too, which is a nice little touch. The office and waiting areas are always clean and tidy, no clutter and very professional. I did have a shock after my first visit for fillings. I didn't realise how expensive they were. As it turns out, the new lady at the desk had forgotten to give me the estimate and I didn't think to ask for one. After I paid, I got the estimate for the rest of the fillings, and on my most recent visit, Dr Wallace was very apologetic. I should have received the estimate prior to any work being done. He gave me a discount and made sure I was 100% ok to continue. He was so sincere and I trust him so we're all good now.

To reiterate, I came here during COVID for a painful tooth, but the dentist focused on a different tooth, claiming I urgently needed a replacement crown for one that was only two years old. I felt pressured into the procedure, and the crown was poorly done in both fit and color. Another dentist has since told me it needs to be replaced, which says it all. I'm extremely frustrated by this entire experience, from being coerced into unnecessary work to the poor quality of care, and now being blindsided by a collections bill years later. I was quoted a price and told the rest was covered by insurance. I certainly don't recommend this underhanded clinic.

I was highly anxious about going to the dentist again, and very concerned about the cost. I saw Dr. LePera and she was terrific. She recommended a much more conservative course of treatment for my dental issues than a dentist with a flashy office in Denver, and also set up a plan and pricing so that I could address immediate needs and identify which could wait the longest. Dr. Belegratis took out my wisdom teeth only a week and a half ago and even though this sounds weird, it was a really positive experience. They were so professional and considerate and I felt more tired afterward than any pain. The staff there is friendly and incredibly considerate. I've also had my teeth cleaned there and all the hygienists are amazing. This is SUCH a great office for someone who has lots of anxiety about going, or is afraid of the pain of treatment. They are always willing to talk it through and work to proactively make you comfortable and happy while you're there - small things like noise-cancelling headphones with music from your own phone or ipad, or big things like making sure you have the right amount of anesthesia. Even the waiting room is designed to relax you, it's a little generic but the lighting is low and the temperature comfortable. I have now convinced several of my dentist-phobic friends to go there (and several of them to get dental insurance, which Greenwood accepts). I only wish I'd known about them sooner! Dr. Wolbaum and his staff are all very friendly, and the office is very clean. I haven't really had any service's with the doctor except for a check up. I've been in a few times to see Hannah who was the hygienist, and I just found out this last week that she is no longer there. Hannah was so easy going, nice, and so knowledgeable. I really hope she comes back at some point. I'm sure that the new hygienist will be just as good though! Definitely recommend this dentist office!

They are open later on Monday's and Thursdays which works great with my schedule, and they offer laughing gas or extra numbing if you are nervous about an upcoming procedure. The only issue I have is that near the time of an upcoming appointment they bombard you with reminder texts, and confirmation emails. Even after I reply that Yes, I am still coming, they send even more reminders. It's a bit crazy but I guess they really want to make sure you show up! In any case, I hope to be able to keep using them as my dentist while I live in Aurora.

I'm very picky about seeing dentists because although I have a number of other health issues that take up a lot of my time and energy, I am lucky to have gorgeous and very healthy teeth. Mainly, I have visited dentists in Parker and other cities where I've lived who only seemed to want to push me into having expensive procedures I didn't want or need in order to make money. At Dr. Evanson's office, the hygienist appeared to do a fantastic job of removing tartar and she was very conscientious about checking my gums.
