Fast forward to a couple days later, I got a phone call from her, stating, rather rudely that my ring was not in fact sterling silver and that they would not be performing the service. I know for a fact my ring is sterling, it was a custom made piece. I doubt they even bothered to actually test it. Honestly, I wouldn't even have been upset about it, but the woman's whole demeanor was very off putting and discourteous. I will never come in here again. You work in the customer service business, it is therefore your job to treat the people who come in with courtesy and respect!
