He. started carrying and keeping extra inventory of supplies for my particular equipment. When I needed other items he quickly ordered them and kept me updated. I called the person I spoke to was very "matter of fact" not rude but not interested in getting my business as far am concerned. I asked about the 3/4 propane left she said that's the reimbursement for having to take the tank away. They could have easily received my number from the previous owner or MLS new listing.
