Another person walked in and they asked if he had been helped. In helping him they asked if he had an appointment. I asked if this was appointment only. They said yes. At no place did they have a sign that says that they are appointment only. I'm sure they are a good shop because they were busy but maybe ask that first before trying to sell me valentine candies.

He gives an unmatched haircut and pays great attention to detail. Even tops it off with a true straight razor shave of your neck. The atmosphere is great with Sinatra playing and giving you an experience of the days when a trip to the barber was more than just a haircut. The waiting area has big overstuffed leather chairs and features a train that travels around the ceiling. My boys love waiting their turn to sit in the chair. The 2 stylists cutting hair seemed too busy to be concerned with customer service. We a customer with money to spend walks in the front door. Apparently there is a sign sheet but no signage displayed prominently to indicate to that all walk-in customer that are required to sign in. The stylists working say nothing and do not indicate that you must sign or else no service. To Carolyn I am disappointed that my 1st time experience was so disappointing considering all the other positive reviews your business receives. Unfortunately I lost 45 minutes of my day to learn this lesson.

He remembers everyone and once you settle on a haircut he has a photographic memory of how to cut your hair forever. He also remembers your name after one visit. It's sort of crazy. He does a great job on my hair for a fair price and is extremely efficient. I have no plans to go anywhere else. A few tips: 1) Don't walk in and expect to be seen right away. Because, 2) His repeat customers schedule an appt. So he's going to keep the schedule and fit you in as he can...which could be awhile. Also, 3) Schedule the next day only. Not two weeks from now and not today at 4pm. This is advice I rec'd from another client of his and it works 100% of the time. I think one time around Xmas I had to schedule two days out, but that's only happened once. It feels good to support hard working local business people that offer a good service for a fair price.

I finally got a chair and it was this nice lady, I spent about 3 minutes asking specifically what I wanted , I made everything very clear. I asked for a scissor cut , just a trim. She took every tool she had and just cut for about an hour and this cut should of maybe took 15 min max. I looked in the mirror and it felt like all my hair was gone.
