They provided lots of great information and allowed us time to consider the vehicle and the purchase options without pressuring us or making us feel uncomfortable in any way. Overall, one of the best car buying experiences I have had in Missoula, I will definitely shop here again!

But then no contact after they know you can't do anything. Every single dealership in the state seems to have gone this route. No more Montana hospitality, just corporate sterility. Sad to see the Montana way is a thing of the past.

I told him I was gonna call around to see if I could get a truck for Saturday. At that time I told him I didn't want to cancel yet so I could call around. He told me "too bad and he canceled the reservation". His reason? Because he claims I got upset when he told me no. I once again told him I didn't want to cancel the reservation and again told me he did because he didn't want to rent to me if I got upset about it being unavailable for Saturday. He then hung up on me. I have tried calling back twice and no answer. So now I'm waiting for a supervisor for corporate. I'm scheduled to move and he pulled the moving truck out from under me. I will never ever ever use them again. Including all the other services they offer day.

He called everyday after Monday to find out how his car was coming. Everyday they said it will be done tommorrow. Saturday , over a week later, at 1:15 they call to say it's done. 5 Days over due!!!! We get to the shop and try to figure out what happened. This is what happened! They didn't get the parts till wednesday, but still, on Monday and tuesday and wendesday when we called said it would be done tommorrow! They should of said they don't have the parts and we will let you know when we get them to begin work on your car, not it will be done Monday, knowing they didn't have the parts. Then they got the parts and instead of putting a push on getting it done since they were many days over due, they had a car to work on for the St. Patricks day parade, so they worked on it instead. Actually they said they worked on it back and forth, but I don't trust that they did. Okay, so it's done lets just pay and get out of here...Right? No!!!!! They don't take credit cards and they dont tell you that because they "have been open 70 years and have never taken credit cards". I'm not your customer buddy and don't plan on ever being again!!!!! It's now 1:30 on Saturday and there are no banks open, so we go on a wild goose chase with the credit card company on the phone to figure out what a traveling man with a credit card on a saturday can do in an emergency like this. In out mad dash to figure this out and get them on the road, the auto shop calls to say they will have to keep it a few more days to find out why there is oil in the Radiator!!!!!!! They have had the car 9 days now. They messed the job up and now have to keep it longer. It is Saturday and no other shops are open to take it to. We are stuck with these guys and they don't have a clue how to fix the problem. I told another friend what was going on and she said that her dad took his car there to get an axel replaced. IT FELL OFF ON THE WAY ONTO THE HIGHWAY!!!!!!! Right after they fixed it. Dumb and Dumber Auto.

I have friends that have similar experiences with them over the years. The clutch had gone out on the truck, and they had it back to me by Saturday. My family has always, and always will do business with the bourquins, and i recommend all my friends take their cars in there too. They have always been helpful, and stand behind their work. It sucks they dont take credit or debit, but they do take checks which is how we have always paid, And not taking cards is just a small draw back i'm willing to deal with in order to get the great guaranteed work done to my truck. Unlike other shops i've dealt with out of town, these guys wont do work without my approval, and wont try and sell me on things that dont need to be done. they are very fair priced, and very good at what they do...also they are a local family owned business, which here in missoula means a lot. I dont see how someone can give them a bad review, no one i know has ever had a problem with these guys, none of my friends, or my family. i strongly recommend y'all give these guys a chance to show you what great work they do.

I contacted them and stated I believed it was the valve cover gasket. They replaced the gasket. It did not fix my problem. i went through 6 quarts of oil in 5 days. Took my Juke back to them and asked for them to diagnose why my vehicle was leaking and from where. When they called me to pick up my car, I was charged $85.00 and was told that they don't know where it's leaking from. Maybe the main seal, maybe the timing cover. I was told to take it to the Nissan dealer for repairs. I spent over $200.00, and not only is my issue is not only not fixed, but they are also unable to tell me what the issue is. I asked them, "why am I being charged $85.00 for a diagnosis when you are unable to diagnose the problem?" Their reply, "well we had to drive it and clean the oil up." I WILL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLE THERE AGAIN. I told them that as well and am telling everyone I can about the very disappointing experience I had with them. They could have put it in the air and revved the motor to get it to leak, or maybe put some dye in the oil to see where it was leaking. They chose to do nothing but drive it, clean the oil and charge me. That's $220 I could have used to repair my car. I do not have the money to just throw it away. Now it will be another couple of weeks until I get paid again before I can even find out what the problem is. Thanks so much for taking my money and not helping me at all. YOU SUCK!

WORST REPAIR SHOP EVER. WILL NEVER GO BACK!…read more Went in for a recall in 2023. They tried to get me to do completely unnecessary and overpriced service. See my last review about that. Then Hyundai has another recall and I was told that the repair could only be done at a dealership. Like an idiot, I brought my car back to Hyundai of Missoula. Should have driven to another dealership out of town. Dropped my car off for a simple recall repair. Then, I got a text telling me that my car urgently needed a bunch of service and requesting that I text back to authorize the repairs. I called and told them not to do anything other than the recall. When I picked up my car, I got in and closed the door when a piece fell off of my door (see picture). I got out and talked to the service desk. Apparently, during the repair, the tech broke a piece off my door and stuck it on in the hopes that I wouldn't notice until I drove away. I know that if I drove off and then found the problem they would have said that I cannot prove that they damaged the car and would not have covered the repair. They ordered the replacement part and then fixed the damage. Any normal repair shop would not break your door during a simple recall repair. If someone broke a piece off, any normal tech would have informed the manager who would have called me after already ordering the replacement part. Clearly the techs here are completely incompetent (only an incompetent tech would break a door when fixing the engine), are too scared of the manager to let them know when they do something wrong, and the manager is incompetent and unable to run a decent repair shop. When picking up my car, they also said again that I needed a bunch of repairs. They gave me a list of the 90K service package and quoted $1,100 to do the work. I said no and later brought my car to my regular mechanic (who is AAA-approved). They changed the oil and did a full inspection. He suggested a few other things as well that totaled about $250, which I approved. I then showed him the list from Hyundai of Missoula for the suggested repairs. He looked at it and said that I didn't need about 80% of the things on the list. I then asked how much he would charge to do everything on the list and he said it would be about $600. Crazy! Again Hyundai of Missoula tried to get me to do a bunch of unnecessary repairs and wanted to overcharge for all of it. When I finally brought my car back to have the door repaired, the manager apologized and gave me a coupon for a free oil change. I threw the coupon in the garbage. I would rather pay my competent mechanic who won't try to cheat me and won't break my car than get a free oil change from these incompetent bozos who are likely to cause more damage. NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!
