In all honesty, it was a perfect Sunday morning class to get our body's moving and endorphins flowing. The trampoline workouts really put you in a positive mood. I typically go to classes later in the day, and all of the ladies are so darn fabulous, I have literally laughed, cried, danced, and begged to just sit there and watch everyone else do the class. One of my favorite classes to drag my ass out of bed is the 6 AM class with Samantha. The ladies in the class always seem shocked to see me there because I am not a morning person by any means. The other day, I literally went to class probably just because I needed to wash my hair before I went to work. Knowing that those 6 AM ladies are going to hug, high five me and giggle throughout class starts my day off most fabulous every time I go. I have thought about moving out of downtown Colorado Springs... But I will tell you not being able to walk to this fabulous tribe filled studio is a factor in my decision to stay right where I am. Every class is so welcoming and everyone is so nice and it is truly a joy to be with these amazing ladies.

They have workouts led by virtual instructors in infrared sauna rooms that fit a maximum of three people. These workouts are booked ahead of time and either 15 minutes or 45 minutes long. For an introvert with a toddler at home who can sometimes only spare less than an hour to workout, this is perfect!! The workouts will kick your butt but the instructors consistently give modifications so you can still confident in participating even if you aren't at your athletic peak. In addition to the sauna rooms they also have free weights and an FX station in the back so you can use. Second, overall facilities. This place is so clean! I feel like every time I'm there the staff is actively cleaning everything. There's no stinkiness, there's a fully stocked private bathroom you can shower in and a chilled vending machine with everything from healthy snacks to moistened, lemon scented towelettes. They even have lockers with workout supplies you can access for $5 if you forget your Mat and towel. Third, the staff! Every single member of the staff is so sweet and friendly! They are upbeat, positive and so supportive and helpful. I brought my brothers to visit when they were in town and they both said the workouts and visiting with the incredibly friendly staff were some of the highlights from their trip.

I built up to level 1.5 and eventually did 2-3 classes per day during summers/holidays. It's always clean and organized. I saw some people complaining on Yelp about trying to cancel/life emergencies, etc. I have seen other people go to the desk and ask about suspending their accounts, cancelling, etc. The ones I have seen seemed satisfied with the information on how the policies work seemed fine. I can imagine a life changing emergency would be a tough one though. When my MIL passed away, I let them know what happened and that I would be gone for a couple of weeks. They cancelled my classes for me but I kept my membership going. I stand by my 5-star rating.

I started taking classes here through ClassPass then became a member within a month or so. After only a couple weeks of going primarily to Barre3, my butt has never been bigger (in the best way). I already thought my legs were my best feature, and Barre3 has only made them better. I actually have a solid core, and I actually LIKE my arms now -- both of which were my most difficult areas to tone previously. Workouts are low impact, but definitely full body, fun and done to the music and lights. Stretching and breath work are also included in each workout (only less so in the 45mins class vs. the hour-long one). The staff and community are all incredibly welcoming, and the instructors are very motivating and inspirational. The space is very clean, and they have amenities like dry shampoo and deodorant if you're in a hurry after class, but there are no showers. My only wish is that there are more classes each day. I try to take a class 5+ times a week if I can, but my work schedule conflicts often. Also if there are less than 3 people signed up for a class (like the 6am), then they will not hold the class. Although I recently heard they will be adding more to the schedule by the end of January, and there have been more patrons since the new year. Here's to hoping! I highly recommend Barre3!
